This was our second visit to Bella Napoli; we ordered the same appetizer as our first visit (which was fabulous both times), and both tried a new entrée. The food was absolutely fantastic, the service was great, and we love the deli (and purchased items for home both visits). I highly recommend Bella Napoli if you're looking for great Italian food!

I love the Bolognese, Amatriciana de cesare and the Salad Italiana. Deli sandwiches are great and I go for lunch occasionally and like the II Parma Sandwich. It has a great neighborhood feel and consistently good service. It is my favorite Italian food in KC.

One of my favorite Italian places in Kansas City. One of the more authentic places in the area. We had the Osso Bucco and it did not disappoint.

I've been to Bella Napoli multiple times and the service, ambiance and food are all SPOT ON! Kliti has been our server multiple times and is a delight. This most recent time we had Katie who was just as lovely. The service really lends well to the ambiance of the restaurant. What I really love about Bella Napoli is that is a neighborhood experience. It's very homey inside and the fact that Kliti welcomes us back every time and asks about my family, is just so great. It feels like you're in a neighborhood spot in the middle of Italy. The food is also so delicious. I've never had a bad meal. Everything is fresh, tasty and unique. There are always yummy specials as well!

We went for lunch on a Saturday and the place was quite busy but we had reservations and did not have to wait very long. The food was quite good and they also have a small market with some high end Italian groceries. Very nice place!

The ambiance is nice, with great service. They have an Italian deli inside with groceries; so I may come back for a sandwich. However, as far the restaurant food, not very good. The calzone is somewhat decent but overall, disappointing. The table bread seems machine-made. The ravioli gives the impression that it was prepackaged, and the sauce has sugar in it. The cannellini bruschetta is creative, but way too salty. The calzone dough needs more salt.
This is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant which we've been to many times. Always enjoy it. Good food. Good service. Jorge provided excellent service to our group and it was much appreciated. We'll be back.

We attended a wine/food paring dinner and everything was delicious! The wine selection was great....we came home with a few bottles of new wine. Avery, Hannah and their team are wonderful. So friendly and accommodating, you feel like family when you dine here!
I think I just got my hopes up too much about this place. The ratings are high and people regularly recommend it. I was disappointed that an appetizer of three crostinis and flavorless topping was $16. I was disappointed the carbonara basically had bacon bits in it. Service was eh. Lastly, why ask on a reservation if someone is coming for a special occasion and you put them at the worst table in the place? Not impressed. Overrated.

I absolutely LOVE the limoncello spritz! I tried the lasagna with meat sauce this time and it was spectacular. Would recommend both food and drink items and will definitely be returning!
