When they first opened up I came all the time. When I moved and came back the place has changed a lot. Idk if the neighborhood changed the customer service vibe or what. It’d be nice if our people could keep the same friendly customer service. I sent people up to get the wings and they don’t wanna go back cause the cooks were rude and peopleInside acting up.

Much better then any chain restaurant claiming their food is hot, fresh, or whatever. If you haven't eaten here I really suggest that you stop by and at least try it. Plus they are one of very few that take food stamps as well.

This is my first time going and I will say I was disappointed at first the cashier who checks out your ticket was very rude and disrespectful for no reason at all all because a price confusion the price is listed didn't match what I paid and so when I tried to inquire about it she caught an attitude snatched my receipt and issued me a refund and told them to cancel my food I returned about an hour later to speak with a manager I ended up talking to one of the guys on the grill about what had happened and he was very sweet fixed my food for me because I still have wanted the food I was just trying to get an understanding of why I paid a different price than what I seen and the guy on the grill he fixed my food up to par everything was good it was fast hot and fresh and I really appreciated him I will return despite the customer service I received from the woman at the cash register

I’m reading these GOOD reviews and I am in shock! If you want friendly patient service do not go here!!! I paid $41 and got 4 dinners with 1 egg, a little bitty hash brown patty toast and bacon. I ordered 2 eggs, fried potatoes and onions, bacon and toast PER MEAL. First off It’s dark in there and the female taking orders wasn’t personalbe at all, she was impatient and OBVIOUSLY took my order wrong plus over charged me. While I was waiting on my food I heard the cooks saying that I could’ve cooked what I ordered at home. When I gave them a chance to reconcile before I left my review, they were not helpful at all. They told me they were out of potatoes and onions AFTERWARDS and not in advance before I ordered. Instead they replaced it with an over cooked hash brown patty without asking me in advance. I had to go to my car and look at the mess they gave me and go back in for help WHICH I DIDN’T RECEIVE. Then they redirected me to the same impatient lady. I just left. I will never return.
