Great restaurant with wonderful leadership and staff. I called seeking assistance in navigating a severe food allergy and the Asst General Manager Frank was exceptional. He was very patient, walking me through each food, the ingredients, and cross contamination considerations as well as volunteered to prepare the meal to ensure it was safe. Thank you so much, Frank! You’re a gem.

This place is great! My date and I went to enjoy a beautiful Sunday early dinner (around 4pm April 21st), we had been shopping all day and walking around legends shopping center and the plaza. We were sooo hungry and going to buca was such a great choice. We were sat quickly and our server Sean was top notch. Very friendly and knowledgeable young man with great energy and personality. We ordered meatballs for our starters and the penne basilica as our main. Such a good time was had, I definitely recommend this establishment. Awesome job!

I have never tried Buca in the 15 years I've been in Kansas City, so decided to give it a go. They conveniently have a parking garage beside it, which once inside has a door that leads to Buca's kitchen. The staff was very friendly and attentive, my waiter suggested I tried the fried mozzarella- it was to die for! The atmosphere was very warm and felt like home with many pictures adorning the walls. They also seated parties with a bit of distance to insure to keep it more private. Overall, very satisfied with my trip here and will be returning soon. I highly recommend to bring more than 1 as the portions are family sized, but absolutely delicious!Parking: They had a door straight from the parking garage, which was so convenient.
Our waiter Sean was SO HELPFUL and fun!! Great time here with my team and to celebrate a friends bday ? delicious food but make sure you understand portion sizes!!

The staff are really great. Super nice people, very helpful. Shout out the manager of the place. He made sure that I was taken care of. The food smelled so good, it was truly delicious. They even have a selfie wall.
