Oh my goodness we waited in an empty drive thru for at least 5 minutes at the window.. our food was refrigerator cold, not even room temp, the chicken sandwich was so soggy you couldn't eat the bread and they put so much mayo it was disgusting... when we checked our food before drove off they forgot the mozzarella sticks which we had to wait on but at least they was warm. The drinks tasted soapy...Order 2 number 9s and 4 Jr whoppers and a mozzarella stick spent $40 worst food I've had in a very long time.. it was not edible it wasn't even feed my dog worthy.. I'd stay clear of this place until they can at least serve warm food...

The food is typical burger king food that you can get anywhere else so thats not really the issue, its not bad at all. The issue lies with the employees, eating at this location is truly a hit or miss. Sometimes you get great service, most of the time though the service isnt greatOn more than one occasion weve done the mobile order in the app and when we went to pick up our food there has been some sort of an issue. The first time we put an order for breakfast in at 10:15, showed up around 10:31, they say that breakfast is no longer served. We tell them we put the order in before 10:30 and they just repeated themselves. Okay, maybe it was because it was close to 10:30, understandable albeit an inconvenience - maybe that was on us thoughAnother time we put our order in around 10:00, went to pick it up around 10:15 and they ask us to pull forward even though we placed the order beforehand, and the person in front of us ordered the food there and got his food there. We pull forward and two more cars are asked to pull forward as well, both of the others were given their food before us and it was around 10:35 before we finally got our food. Our order was three burritos (two of them were the small ones), a small cheeseburger, and some hashbrowns. Nothing that would have taken 30minutes - at that point were pretty sure they forgot about us

Your morning team blows my mind, they are always friendly, service is always 10 out of 10, and the food is always hot. I drive from Antioch Rd in Gladstone and skip that location to come to this one. They are a great team and I hope they know how much I appreciate them!

I came in ordered three meals for three people spent $20-$25 and I asked if I could have five honey mustard packets and the girl went and talk to the manager and the manager said that I can have two and I have to pay for the rest. What I want to know is if I would’ve ordered everything separately one at a time I would’ve gotten two sauces per meal because they were for separate people so in all actuality, I should’ve gotten six without them trying to save a quarter of a cent, for a corporate conglomerate. I think they can spare three extra honey mustard’s that is the pettiest of the petty it wouldn’t be a big deal, but my kid was standing there. How can you not see he’s going to use two of them there’s two other orders. Just so the regional manager knows who this manager with black hair, and short hight lady is. Tue. September 19th at 9:22 pm. This lady needs to understand how you keep customers, so over 3 honey mustard packets you will never see me in there or in any BK in the states of Kansas or Missouri ever again! I was a breakfast buyer religiously every single day, plus three people dinner or lunch three times a week. I know it wont break ya and you wont feel the loss of my purchases, but I do have a mouth and i will tell everyone i know and meet of that experience. So to save 1/4 of a penny, you lost roughly 250.00 to 300.00 a week. Lol lets give this money saving manager a golf clap ?. If i found out my manager lost one of our regulars because they just wanted to be a nasty ugly person, they would be looking for a new job tomorrow! The sad part is she made a young girl do the deed for her! What a coward! I had the same experience as Alyssa Fehr. 35.00 order completely screwed up, and ill bet it was this same lady tonight that said “yep i knew there was a whole order messed up, give me your name and ill write it down in the book!” Go there a couple days later to get my messed up order and wouldn’t ya know it the guy manager looks at me like I’m crazy and tells me they don’t have a book with names and orders that were wrong. Thats what probably got me to this point of never wanting to deal with non customer friendly companies. I paid for a service, I should receive my product from their service the way you say im going receive it.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely no kid friendliness from the manager!!!!!
