I had never been to Chuy's before, but several in our party had. Decor was as I anticipated. I did like some of the humorous artwork on the walls. Our waitress was the shining star. She sent a drink back to the bar as the glass was dirty. She also did all she could to pull food out of the kitchen. It was easy to tell the kitchen wasn't operating efficiently. My son and I both ordered the Elvis Presley Platter and my wife got the Baja Shrimp Tacos. All the food missed the mark. The cheese enchiladas should have been called enchiladas as there was no cheese. The beef tacos lacked flavor. And the chips were soggy. The shrimp tacos were cold and bland. We brought two tacos home where we added some flavor and re-heated the tacos. Limited handicap parking also makes this location a challenge. All in all, not a favorable dining experience.

Actually so awful, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. My margarita tasted like it came from the bottom of a dirty fridge.

We love to come to Chuy's, we find any reason to come. Out out of town family always wants to stop at Chuy's.Dietary restrictions: It's relatively easy to find a gluten free option though it is not a gluten free designated facility

Called ahead made a reservation, manager told me he could take it, arrive the day off only to find out that they didn't have it, waited almost 10 minutes before we got seated(9 people) and after waiting and no one came to ask for drinks we finally got up and left down the street to Char Bar, absolutely great service and quick. Char bar 1 Chuy's 0. Also Manager in charge didn't even seem to care.

Not the best but not the worst. Service was good! Love the dog themed atmosphere.
We came late Sun. They were out of flour tortillas, so no burritos or chimichangas. The salsa was fresh with a kick, chips were light and crispy. My swirl margarita was excellent and steak fajitas were good. The accompanying rice and beans were not good, to me.

We’d love this place. We drove a long way out of our way to come here for lunch. Anne was our server and did a great job. The chips and jalapeño Ranch are killer. The chicken fajita tacos are amazing. The beans are amazing as well. The decor is really cool especially the wall that has all the frames dogs. If you bring a picture of your dog frame, do you get a free appetizer?Parking: The street parking is difficult, but there are garages aroundKid-friendliness: Kids love itWheelchair accessibility: It’s a little bit of a steep hill, but assessable

Service was horrible. Waiter never came to the table, passing by servers finally took our order. Food finally came and we had no silverware for at least another 5 min later only because we grabbed someone. Did i mention the place was dirty (floors, table,menus). Employees just kept stepping over trash in the floors. Never again for me...
