I really wanted to like this place. Super adorable cookies. Ordered a cookie cake for my son. Not sure if they are supposed to come half frozen but the icing was terrible. Just wasn’t our favorite or what we were looking for.

I called my order in and I went there to make sure order was correct with name spelling . My order was not what I ask for when I got it they offered to remake it . I was upset I didn't have time for them to fix it I took it the way it was it was not good .

So, at the time that I am writing this review I haven't even picked up my cookie cake yet. I am leaving five stars because the patience of the young lady who took my order today was unmatched. My daughter was so upset and sleepy at that moment, I completely forgot several of the details of the cake and she informed me of options and she was just really helpful and never sounded annoyed that my baby was crying and I had lost my mind. So thank you, to whomever took my order today. My niece is going to love her cake, thank you guys for making her first birthday with me special.

Called in a custom frosted sugar cookie order, gave them a theme and said they could have creative control. They were AMAZING! Could not have come up with a better idea. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Best of all, the cookies are delicious!

Came here on a Wednesday mid morning. There was a big staff working and we had quick service. There were iced cookies with decor, or larger cookies without icing. They had the party packs of chiefs cookies set up as well. We ordered two iced cookies and they wrapped them up individually. I'd say these are reasonably priced, and good in comparison to competitors. There's a slight almond flavor. They are delicious! We've even picked up the day old cookies in the past and they tasted fresh!
