In my opinion this place isn't really worth all the hype. It's super crowded, even when not busy, and there's very little seating. The food wasn't really worth the price, (9 dollars for a egg puff pastry?) even though it was good. I wish they had prices for everything, or atleast their drink menu. The server had messed up my order, even though I had said twice what I had wanted. The atmosphere is really cool and comfy, just... very little space. I feel bad writing this negative of a review since the servers were really nice. Will most likely be trying again, just not soon.

Okay this place has the best pastries I’ve ever put into my face-hole. I had some ham and bacon thingy that made me want to quit my job and work there just so I can learn how it is made and then eat it forever. If they ever read these reviews, I’ll work there for free on my time off just to learn.

My favorite little neighborhood bakery. There aren't a ton of seats and there's typically a line over the weekend but I promise it's well worth it. Their baked goods are unmatched, coffee is great and the aesthetic is beautiful.

What a gem! I can’t believe I didn’t find this place sooner. The vibe is immaculate and they have some of the nicest baked goods you’ll find in Kansas City. They’re very unique items, but they don’t go too far “out there” coming up with the selection. The coffee is excellent as well. I’d go here every day if I could.
Truly exquisite! This coffee shop/bakery is a work of art, and absolutely THE place for a lovely day date. Immaculately decorated down to the smallest detail, it feels like you enter into a totally different world from all the construction outside. Their latte flavors are so exciting and unique, and the coffee is expertly made. Some of the smoothest coffee I've ever had, lovingly made by a very talented barista. The Rose Juniper latte is best iced, so you can really get the subtle flavors. The Strawberry Mocha is also insanely tasty! No notes, please keep making interesting flavors! The pastry case is a "gimme one of everything" situation, I found it so hard to pick! I do wish there was some sort of pricing/labels so I didn't have to ask what every single one was, but honestly you can't go wrong. Just roll the dice and I promise you'll be happy! I got a Persian love cake and the rosewater and pistachio flavors went so well with my latte. I took home an oatmeal cream pie and it was probably one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth - salty and buttery and I think it was a marshmallow cream in between? Either way I'm drooling just thinking about it. Do yourself a favor and go here IMMEDIATELY!

This place is SO GOOD! Everything looked amazing! I got a croissant with some type of blackberry custard filling, a peanut butter macaron, a pistachio macaron, and a lemon tart topped with raspberries. The macarons were delightful, and my family said the other two other things were superb. The person who helped me was so nice! Totally recommend

Please go here! They serve oddly correct coffee, the drinks were perfect, my matcha was excellent and my husband enjoyed his cappuccino. The pastries were by far so fresh and delicious! The staff was very friendly and loving. The whole aesthetic of the place was very cute and different from the other coffee shops we've been to. 10/10 we will be back!
