Ordered delivery. The food was ice cold (was not the drivers fault, they got here as fast as they could once they got handded the food.) Not only that but the food was packed so poorely, the sauce elaked through everything. They never gave the sauces I paid for either. They also chaged the ticket so it didn't show my fries when requesting a refund, so they got 10 of my dollars all in all and I got frozen wings and a ruined carpet from the sauce eatting through the bag.

I recommend everyone eat there once just to say they had stoney crazy sandwich. Gave it 5 more tries and waited an extra 25 minutes for mediocre food. Every time they say they don't have enough employees. Poor management for such easy food.

I spent $40+ on this restaurant through UberEats. They didn’t secure my order. When I got my food, the bag was wide open. I had ordered 2 items & only received one. The driver took my other item or the restaurant didn’t include my other item. When I got my food… it was cold & tasted like it’s been left out all day. Please do better.

This whole place is a joke. These people here are lazy they don’t want to do nothing. I ordered six hamburgers and a fry yesterday 3/9/24 from them on Uber and at o’clock was told my order was too big and they couldn’t make it them. After my Uber driver sat there for two hours, and went in two times to check to see a ETA of when the food was gonna be done lazy MF didn’t wanna make my order, they were lazy how is it to packed to make six burgers but you open till 1 o’clock in the morning. So you trying to tell me between 5 PM and 1 AM I couldn’t get six burgers made don’t go the food is horrific.

Was extremely ready to try a Fat Shack burger for first time to today - however it did not happen. Went inside and did not see a staff member for nearly 10 minutes. I hollered hello a few times but no response or acknowledgment soI left with no burger and no onion rings and no experience - and may never return

It's alright. It's absolutely not a menu that I personally find appealing but my wife had been dying to try it so we stopped in around 2am Sunday morning. I got a Cheesesteak while she got an order of Cheese Fries and Fried Cheesecake bites. The Philly was gooey and well seasoned, and I enjoyed the fries despite not being a fan of battered fries typically.The cheesecake bites are F°CKING DELICIOUS and I would absolutely crime for them if I had too. I find that calling them 'bites' is silly considering they're the size of freaking tennis balls but I'm here for it. I do want to give them a shoutout for their service. They were absolutely swamped and were struggling to keep up with the walk ins and to go orders but they still greeted us and we're super nice while giving us updates about our to go order.

Visit date was 2/20/2024 1:30 pm. We were greeted, our order taken immediately. We got our drinks and sat down to wait. The food was fresh made, so it took a few minutes, which was fine.I ordered the Fat Jersey, I was pretty impressed. I got the half sandwich and it was such a generous portion I couldn't finish my fries!My family's burgers were quite good as well. We live in OP, but if we come back Northways, we'll definitely come back! Greg and Bernard were quite friendly!

We ordered wings and this is what we got these baby chicken wings the size of chicken nuggets. Way too small, hard with no meat on the bone. Maybe they were just having a bad night. The mozzarella Sticks were decent but I can’t see myself eating here again.
