Fish was over cooked & dried out.Charlie’s D’s got them beat by far!Older woman at the front customer service was nonchalant & dismissive to me but when my boyfriend went in he was sweetheart and all- guess she didn’t like me..lol but the focus is the food & it was terrible we couldn’t find the receipt so we jus through it away.

I do so much ranting and raving about this place “fish city” and they really disappointed me today and this ain’t the first time, I ordered the whole catfish dinner, it took forever and was still raw and gummy. I hate when I can tell the chefs weren’t in the mood to cook and instead of closing they opened up anyways. The energy was there was just “not in the mood” today and it definitely taste like it. Waste of $25, the lemon cake was good and the potatoe salad was okay

I have been very disappointed with the fish. Three weeks ago the whole catfish I ordered was definitely well overcooked to the point I couldn't eat it. Today my #2 order of catfish filet, which I think was really swai fish filet was overcooked. I am very disappointed. They used to be spot on frying the fish. I usually spend $38 or more ordering fish dinners. I just can't keep throwing money away. So, my husband decided to just go to Murdocks for fresh catfish and fry it up at home himself. Definitely a lot cheaper and cooked just right. Sorry Fish City I used to be a big fan but I gotta let you go.

Usually great but shrimp was flat overcooked mushrooms breading fell off. Corn nuggets perfect. Service..lol tried calling in order got there was informed by cashier phones not broke they were busy and she had enough of it.

They never answer the phone have to keep calling over and over again one time they answered put me on hold to watch house wife’s of alt on her phone I just hear her laughing in the background like I was not on hold trying get food for my family then when I got there and put my phone on speaker the lady going say that was not me it’s the other women in the back I don’t care who it was I was on hold for over 30min while she laugh at her phone then had a attitude with me like I didn’t have the right to be upset they need to get a 3 way phone so the line won’t be busy ever time you call I just stop going here due to never answer the phone I don’t won’t to wait around on my order so I try call it in but that never work just don’t waste your time found another place to go

The food was good, but the front of the house service, like always, was mediocre. The line rang busy for 10 minutes. I was able to drive there before ever speaking to someone. Went in the same older lady was in the side office on what appeared to be a personal call, laid the phone down, and came out and took my order as if I was bothering her. Thank God for the young man in the back who interceded on my behalf to complete my order and get me the condiments I requested.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Where do I begin. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Whe we walked in and stepped to the counter to place our order, the girl behind the counter taking orders was being rude to everyone. Then, I saw a mouse run across the floor! Our food came out and we headed home. The fish had an off smell to it. Turns out it was spoiled. When I went back up there to notify them of the issue, the male “manager” said and I quote ain’t nothing wrong with me fish.” And proceeded to belittle me. I just left and contacted the city health inspector. Who confirmed the food was not being stored right and the restaurant had several health violations. You can find the report on the city’s health website. Be CAREFUL if you choose to eat here. They are rude, unprofessional, unsanitary, and just not customer friendly.

I would give ZERO STARS if could. I finally got in on the phone to place my order I was told 15 minutes it will be ready. I got there around 30 minutes. Pay for my food sit there for an HOUR and 15 minutes. (mind you this lunchtime) Call in orders and walk ins got there food I'm still sitting. I asked for my money-back the lady at the counter hollered back don't cook my order she wants her money back they haven't even started to cook my food in a total of 2 HOURS. Here's the kicker this is the second time this happened to me with them. I will not be back. Try to support black own business but this is what you get.

When I try to call and order my food, the phone line is always busy. When I pull up there is no customers at the restaurant. Same thing happened on Monday phone stayed busy for at least 45 min. When I got there it was 3 employees and no customers. When I mentioned it to the young lady up front, she said her manager told her to take the phone off the hook while he was gone, which did not make sense. You didn’t have any customers, but 3 workers doing nothing. Aren’t u there to make money. ?
