Used to love this location over any other in the metro. But the experience I had today changed that. Got yelled at by the older lady at the window because I verified my order. Proceeded to ask for the drink I had not received and got the window slammed on me. Pathetic excuse for a good business at this point with that single interaction.

Used to enjoy going to this location. In the last month or so they have hired some of the most pathetic performing employees possible. No other chain in the area has this problem to the extent of this location. Went on 4/27 and ordered a burger meal, the burger tasted horrible and the fries were ice cold. The drink was about half full and no ice. The employee working the drive thru looked like he was nodding off and wasn't going to make it to the window with his eyes open. From the time we ordered to the time we drove away it was 35 minutes. I'll save my time and my money and go somewhere else.

Food is always great, but when you pull up and the employee opens the window and smells very pungent of weed, it becomes very undesirable to eat here. Restaurants should not have this amount of stench where people are suppose to be eating. Will be eating elsewhere where my appetite isn’t tarnished from the smell.

My first time at Freddy's....it was amazing! So delicious! I got the crispy chicken sandwich...it was great! They fries were awesome, not overly salted...and the sweet tea was spot on! (Just like Southern sweet tea) I will definitely be going here again! The staff was awesome and had a sense of humor! Good place fir luch or to grab on the go!
