This HyVee really needs to redo their parking lot and get their parking lot lights working. The parking lot is mostly dark making it feel less safe at night.

arrived to the store at 10:15 and was stopped by who I believe is the night manager of the store? He asked me to leave which I said okay no problem but I did let him know the hours online state they close at 11 and are wrong on google and maps which was frustrating. He did not reply and again said to leave. I have been there at 10:45 before with no issues so this was very odd. as a women being followed to the door with a large man with no sort of uniform RIGHT behind me escorting me to the door was very uncomfortable and unprofessional on his end when I was very polite. you would think someone could have some professionalism and not be intimidating to a lady late at night.

I used to shop in this store often but now I don't unless I absolutely have to. I suppose they're competitively priced on a lot of things but items they prepare in store like cups of pudding or diced fruits and vegetables are extremely expensive. Also, they seem to do a very poor job of keeping track of their inventory. One of the reasons I stopped going to this store regularly is because they can't be relied on to have certain popular items in stock. One time they'll have them and the next two times they don't. Examples would be Arizona Zero Calorie Tea or gallon jugs of spring water. But I can go to other stores like Price Chopper or even Menard's (which doesn't even specialize in groceries) and they'll have them in stock every single time. Also, the atmosphere of the store is just bad. I've noticed that the employees just seem very unhappy to be there which leads me to believe they're probably not being treated well.

Hy-Vee is a one-stop grocery store for anything you may need to make some tasty meals. They just remodeled and now have huge candy section smack dab in the middle of the store. If you like candy, just stop by to get what you need. They do need to work on their catering service as they have completely messed up orders multiple times. However, that didn't stop me from giving them 5 stars. The people are generally friendly, it's expensive but you can get what you need and move on with your day.

Don't bring interracial children in here! Employee are racist! I'm so upset! Buffalo chicken dip shouldn't be seasonal. It should be year round. Managers and employees shouldn't mean mug customers... they should welcome them. The kid with Down syndrome welcomed me better than anyone there! I rather give my sales to 64th street than here because y'alls bad attitudes and racism.

This review is for the Market Grill. I love HyVee but I cannot recommend eating in the bar and restaurant. We waited 90 minutes for one of our entrees in an empty restaurant. The waitress was very nice and tried hard. It wasn't her fault at all. It's a nice cute place. Almost doesn't feel like you're in a grocery store. I wouldn't recommend coming unless you have hours to wait and don't care for a mediocre meal.

Huge THANK YOU to the bakery- I came in short notice, with a big idea just hoping for the best, but you guys nailed it! The cookie cake was beautiful- exactly what I was looking for- every inch of the cake was soft and chewy. You have made some beautiful cakes for us in the past but this one surpassed them all! We used to shop here all the time. They have really good produce and fresh meat. The staff is friendly, and the store is clean, but wow have things changed.We no longer shop at Hyvee because:* The prices have been raised so high that they are outright gouging on specific items, compared to other stores* The unique items we used to go there for, are now sold at other stores for lower prices* Their fuel discount program has been heavily modified, and seems to not be worth it anymoreDo yourself a favor and open your eyes to other stores. For example, a very small bag of doritos is 4.99-5.99 at Hyvee. At Costco, you can get a bag three times larger for 6.99.They just seem to be jacking the prices up to where it doesn't make sense, even if its more convenient.They have lost our business beside maybe the occasional steak.Good luck Hyvee.
It was very organized and clean. Nothing to complain about, honestly just wanted to share a photo of highly organized shelves. Also, the 2/$5 deals are valid even if you buy just one of that item.

I received excellent service from ordering online and picking up for free a few hours later. The young man loading the groceries into the back of my car worked quickly and was very cheerful despite the 2 degree wind chill. I'm very thankful for their help during this Omicron season.

I was double charged for a frozen pizza, the manager came by and acted like he removed the second one, but did not. Ended up having to go to customer service to get my money back. Also the young man that was working as the cashier while ringing up vegetables. Had his hand on the scale adding more weight to the product. I had to ask for him to redo that with out his hand on the scale with it. Again had to go to customer service to argue that one to get my money back. They only have 5 check out lanes and 12 self check out lanes. 7 of the 12 self check out lanes were not working and 2 of the regular ones were not working on a Sunday afternoon. Won't be back!

Ethan C. Meat Dept gave me tremendous help with my ground beef selection today, I was a stickler about having it wrapped separate but it was no hassle for him to do, not even a scuff. Michelle was walking around stocking goods and I asked for her help once we unfortunately could not find what i was looking for because Hy-Vee did not have it. Later I was walking down a separate aisle and she checked in on me and ask if I was finding everything else okay! Such a good experience here way to go Hy-Vee!!!
