Tried to pick up an order and not only did they never come out to give us our food, but the employee Mandy basically screamed at us when we went in to get it.Maybe she thought we were DoorDashing but that's no excuse to treat someone that way.Their weird set up inside of Chilli's is hard to find and their staff doesn't care. So the food was cold and disgusting when we got it. Every time I've tried to order from them something has gone wrong. I'm done.There's a million better places. I never have issues at Buffalo Wild Wings.

We ordered on DoorDash and they were fine. They were priced well and got my husband his wing fix. So many negative people with negative reviews so I’m giving a 5 star.

Service was unacceptable. The entire place maybe had 3 customers and we still couldn't get waited on. Was there for 10 mins before we were ever approached by our waiter who had one other table which he ignored also. Ordered water, cocktails and lunch. Food came out and was good but we were 3/4 done with our meal when we finally got our cocktails. Manager came by and cleared our plates but could care less how things were. We had a gift card that would not process in their system but still has the balance on it. Kudos to the kitchen but the rest of this place is a joke!

They messed up our large to go order, then their cook walked out so they couldn't make it right. However, they compensated us generously for the inconvenience and trouble they caused, the food here is excellent.

Yeah sauce was NOT on the side but slathered all over the box, tenders, and fries. Fries which are now a mush of bbq sauce and potato. I threw it away as it was NOT what was pictured or described. I mean how can you not see 1/2 a bottle of sauce will ruin fries AND MENU SAYS SAUCE IS ON THE SIDE!!!! Oh and yeah also cold. Not like took 15mins to get here cold like cooked 2hrs ago cold

Been along time since I have been here. The dip Trio was really good. They gave us salsa instead of guacamole by mistake but the server did fix it and got us guacamole. My friend got the roasted street corn and I tried a bit of her cob and it was really. I got a lunch combo with chicken enchilada soup and half a chicken quesadilla and it came with chips and salsa as well. Loved the soup. Quesadilla was good too. Perfect amount for lunch! The server was really good at the beginning and had few other tables. But once it slowed down so did the service. We didn't see her for 10mins and my friend needed water and she just got the pitcher and filled up her cup! The server walked past us when it was empty though so thought she would have filled it. She eventually came and cleared table and gave us the checks. She never came back and my friend needed change. I didn't need change, but I ended up giving her change for her $20 bill and we paid and left. I think they have those machines where you can pay with a card but maybe come back after 5 mins and be sure?
I order from here a lot on doordash, the hours are a bit weird (i think its doordash tho not the store itself, i order off of doordash) but its no biggie the cicken is good, good price, comes with fries too which is nice, i personally like the food a lot ive never had a bad experience like cold food or just not cooked or not sauced its always been pretty good

very nice, solid choice for dinner. the waiter was friendly and amenable, though the drinks could have been refilled slightly sooner. We were able to sit and talk for many hours at our table, as the place was not very busy at all on Thursday night. The quality of food is always consistently good, and you know what to expect. My favorite is the cajun chicken pasta. The chips and salsa were great too. would definitely come back again

I order from here a lot on doordash, the hours are a bit weird (i think its doordash tho not the store itself, i order off of doordash) but its no biggie the cicken is good, good price, comes with fries too which is nice, i personally like the food a lot ive never had a bad experience like cold food or just not cooked or not sauced its always been pretty good
