Asked for my food fresh the lady had a attitude and she was the manager then served me old tea and I’m pregnant and I told her and they said no we just made it fresh I’ve worked in fast food tea has I flavor unless it’s flavored ! I will never return to this location!!!

Despite the numerous bad reviews, THIS IS THE ONLY GOOD KFC in all of Kansas City. And Liberty isn't even in Kansas City. So before you possibly read this review and decide to drive 20+ minutes to another KFC, you have been warned.
Paid for a 12pc and ended up with an 8pc. I got home and noticed it wasn't right called up and the only solution was to drive back up there for the other 4pcs. Horrible customer service and for the price this place is a rip off.

Haven’t had KFC since 2012 when i was in elementary and me and my wife just tried it again as havent in years and it was really good, i thought the chicken strips were better than pop eyes and churches and the biscuit was okay albeit not better than churches. Service was alright but took a while for food. Didnt get straws tho. But KFC definitely taste better than it did when was a kid. The fries tasted like spangles fries from wichita kansas, except without the vinegar, fries are really good. Will probably go back but bad reviews are concerning but thought KFC needed a chance.

Place simply is a dump 0 stars employee s are the worst people on earth sad seeing kfc going to the pot either pay good employees to stay or shut down the business amazing that KFC corporate doesn’t even give a damn complaining to them and their 6% satisfaction rate meaning 94% dissatisfied customers not good for business I’ll add colonel sanders has rolled over in his grave?
It is horrible service is horrible unfriendly very rude. U don't get no receipt and no refund. The last 2 times I had to wait 45-60 mins to receive my food. Every time there is a wait on something. And one of the workers was throwing things. And said he doesn't care. Drive thru is their first priority.

I purchased a chicken pot pie on January 29 2024 when I got my pot pie home there was not one strip of chicken in this pot pie it’s trash. I only have vegetables and mashed potatoes. Could you tell me why you have changed? I won’t buy another.

Walked in the dining room and noone acknowledged us. So we waited for 5 min and one even liked at us. I then asked if the dining room was open and the drive thru manager was very rude. NO ONE WAS WEARING GLOVES! Someone had 3 kids in the lobby like it was a day care. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Someone needs to lose their job.
