We love the diversity in foods ! I love sushi and my better half loves the burgers and fries. When we can’t decide and need something that satisfies both appetites we go to our fav!!! Jamie always greets us with a smile and makes us feel welcomed. The food is spectacular! I highly recommend trying Kona Grill, you won’t be disappointed! The service is top tier, from beginning to end. And Phil is always checks in to make sure our dining experience is just as good as the last time !! 10 starssss?

Raheem was literally the best, we were served by Ellie (a trainee) as well and she was just as impressive! service was amazing and they are very prompt,polite, and really go above and beyond for their guest.10/10 recommend!
Kono grill was excellent tonight our server was Raheem he had a happy smiling trainee with him she seemed very pleasant I can tell she will fit right in and be excellent. Raheem kept checking on us and he himself was happy and very professional. We had a great time on our Kono Grill date night. This is a kc MUST GO...TYPE OF PLACE !

I placed an online order for Five Ribeye Meatballs. Pick up was set for 5:35 p.m. I arrived a couple of minutes early and was given my order by the hostess. I walked less than five minutes, back to my room at the Intercontinental Hotel. When I opened up my container, there were only four meatballs, and they were lukewarm. I called and was put on hold twice after explaining the number of meatballs I received. I didn’t even get to share that the meatballs weren’t hot. After being on hold, I hung up. Worst service and food experience I have had at Kona Grill. Extremely disappointed.
