Bought a week meal plan yesterday. The food, service, and atmosphere are good. My issue is that for what you pay, the calories are too low for the meals. They go as low as 245 calories. This will put you in a 1300 or most likely more calorie deficit which isn’t healthy. I feel they should be closer to 500 to stay in a safe calorie deficit and not be hungry between meals like I am today. Also the breakfasts are too expensive. I was paying $8 before with a local provider and these are $11 for a few pancakes and a couple sausages. Also, the meals don’t rotate weekly which is also another reason I won’t be making another purchase here. Edit: just ate day 2 dinner and was starving after 1 hour of eating it. Not looking forward to the rest of the week with these meals. I paid to cover all my meals and not cook. This is not the case. Kicking myself for not sticking with the other company and wanting to see what else was out there.

After intermittent fasting and being from out of town this place was a better option over fast food joints and over most of the restaurants that basically serve fast food. Clean atmosphere & plenty of front parking.Breanna provided nutritious information and their meal and/or shake options. Saturday is the store's stock up day. Although inventory appeared low on a weekeday we were able to enjoy (on-site) a wholesome and nutritious meal.The 2nd visit, Friday around 10am, I chose LK again because 1st Watch had a 20 min wait ~ I guess people aren't working still. Nonetheless, I had the pleasure of meeting Toni at LK and she provided the store's background and mission/vision outlook. We'll be back through KC and this will be our place to grab healthy meals and shakes. In the meantime.... Toni, good luck on your competition, you got this! And thanks again LK Liberty in Kansas City Northland.Parking: Plenty of front parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking front and ground level.

Great place. Updating my previous review, I had bad experience previously with an employee refusing to make a shake, but the manager did contact me and handled the situation. Awesome food and shakes very convenient alternative to cooking.

I recommend all there food. It's if you were cooking your own food.. Healthy! But even better. High proteins. Also you get really full. Salads are incredible.. With bacon, chicken. Drinks are great too. Such great balance of food. Thanks to my daughter Taylor Young I have really enjoyed getting to know this Company. If you are wanting to get on track with your health and Balance of intake with food. This is highly recommend.
