Delicious food at fair price’s lovely staff super friendly definitely worth trip!!!
The customer service was great. But the food was not giving at all. For what I spent I truly expected catfish not basa or Swai. The fries were good but the Mac & cheese was kinda nasty. And the shrimp that was ordered tasted like it had been sitting out all day. It was really hard and kinda gross.

I went online last night and order in advance two family meals from Lufti Prospect location with a pickup time of 4:00 PM. I got a text today that the order was going to be ready around 4PM and that I would receive a text when it was ready for pick up. I got to the place at 3:55PM and waited for the text. I got the text at 4PM so I got out of my car and the door was locked. My husband and I kept knocking on the door and nobody came. We heard loud music playing and we saw a white car on the side. I found the number and I called over and over again and no one picked up the phone. I left 5 voice messages asking them to open up the door so we can get our food that we already paid for. No one came to the door neither answered the phone. After twenty minutes of knocking on the door and calling, we called the Lufti in Raytown to see if they could help us. It was then that we found out that Lufti is franchised and that they are not connected with them but we could order the same food and they can have it ready in 10 minutes. Unfortunately we would have to pay again. I ended up ordering the same food again but this time I was able to get top quality service from the Raytown Luftis. I need a full refund of the money I paid for this terrible customer service!!! If you were not going to be open, you should have called me and told me that instead of leading me to believe that my order was ready and then stiff me when I show up! I need a full refund!!
