This place has the feeling and quality of fast food Italian. Marinara meat sauce is like watered down tomatoe sauce. Nearly no meat in it at all. The Garlic bread, which you have to pay extra for was hard as a rock and doesn't even taste like it has any garlic in it. Tossed salad said it had pepperoni on it, mine had only 1. It was also suppose to have Italian dressing on it but it just had oil. Nothing has any seasoning. Everything was very bland. It costed 40.00 for lunch.I do not recommend this place. We will not return. I wouldn't even give it 1 star.??

Excited to try but so disappointed with food and service. Ambiance was interesting concept, like eating at a grocery store food court. The servers behind the counter were more concerned about talking to coworkers and throwing food than providing customer service. After we ordered we overheard someone say they didn't know how to make our entree and it was obvious when it was brought out. We couldn't believe it, the food was so horrible, expected better Jasper. Drive on by and don't waste your money.

Used to be a favorite of mine. Keep making changes for the worse. No grill outside for sausages was the first. Redone refrigerator counters now you can't select cold salads was the second. Now the monitor tvs as menus all made it worse. Big thing is food is going downhill fast. Fat Marco polo today with almost no meat. Sad to say but my last trip to one of my all time favorites. It's a joke now.

Still a cute & cozy little spot. Also it’s very clean but the food is not what is used to be. Staff was arguing loudly. Had the Marco Polo sandwich and it was lacking in meat and dressing. I have a picture from years ago where it looked much different. Wish I would have taken another to show comparison. It’s all bread and the bread is so hard and stale I could barely bite through it. Pasta was good. Strawberry cake had toasted coconut on it that was burnt and black, lacking any strawberry flavor. I miss the old Marco Polos. Asked about bread, they don’t constructive criticism well.

We have been to Jasper's several times and wanted to try out Marco Polo's. Loved Jaspers and heard good things about Marco Polo's. So, stopped in to get a to go order for lunch. Got an Italian Hero sub and a large Spinach Salad. Give the Italian Hero 4 stars. It was a good combination of meats and plenty of them. The bread was a good hardy crust Italian sub, however the bread was almost too hard. Literally had to break off a piece. Otherwise, would have given it 5 stars. Good value for the price, I think it was about $9 The Spinach salad was a big disappointment. First, let me say it comes with gorgonzola cheese, which we are allergic to. So, had them hold the gorgonzola. Sitting here writing this review I am not sure why they did not offer another cheese. Got home and opened the salad box. Basically, for $8 we got a box of spinach, some crotons and a small container of salad dressing. Would have given this 2 stars, at best. Disappointing value for the money. Combing what we had I averaged it out to 3 stars. In spite of only a 3-star review do plan on going back to try some others items, but definitely not the spinach salad

Happened to be down Marco Polo's way at lunch time, could not resist a gondola sandwich (meatball), a chicken parm sandwich and a large spinach salad...all to take hone and split with Lynda for lunch.Marco Polo is always a lunchtime treat to watch "take place". Regulars are greeted like family, folks always smile when entering...how could you not smile when that wondeful aroma of Italian lunchtime goodness greets you? And I don't know what sort of wizardry goes on with their spinach salad, but it is one of those items that is unmatched, anywhere.Great Great lunch, always a treat to stop in at Jasper's and Marco Polo's...today was a perfect day on the patio btw!Thanks Marco Polo's for the wondeful lunch

One of my favorite dishes is Eggplant Parmigiana. And these folks know how to do one superbly !! Great staff and a convenient place for take out. !P.S. The cheese cake was delicious also !
