We had a suprise Bachelorette party here and had a great time! Drinks were amazing as well as the atmosphere. We also had fun with the photo booth.

Keep your receipts! I was overcharged $100 over my bill plus tip. Guess they didn't think a 25% tip was big enough. Their accounting offices will not return my calls. Left several messages. This was after the hotel overbooked and did not have a room for us. Needless to say pretty crummy experience overall. Sad because it's a very cool hotel.

Messages the hotel through this app to try and change the reservation to 8:30 and never heard back. Sent the message around 3. Got there at 8:30 and they would not let us in early as they stated they were booked and there were no tables. We went down at 9 and it was half empty. There was no reason they couldn't let us down early. No one was at the table they had set for us... not to mention they gave us options to pick from so clearly it wasn't busy. And I watched the door and only 1 group of 3 left in the 30 min we were waiting. Will not be back.

This place is literally a hidden gem. You’d never know it was there without talking to employees on the main level, where they then give to access to the cozy speakeasy downstairs. Great place to unwind.

Made reservations, they only had room to put us in a corner with two chairs and an end table as they had not enough normal seating for us. Music was just radio, drinks too sweet . Was told there was handicap way to get to bar but not good instruction on how to get there!

Great speak-easy and definitely worth making a trip to. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the drinks are some of the best I have had.
I made a reservation for 1130pm and was told that my reservation is good for two hours. When I arrived they told me they were doing last call and I was only able to get one drink and spent a total of 15 mins there cause they were closing soon. Why have an appointment available for that time if you don't plan on honoring it.

We've been to some fantastic speakeasy's with creative bartenders or unique drink menus. This is really just a lounge in the basement. You have to know what you want to order. There were a handful of signature drinks on the menu.

For being in a hotel this place is all right... smaller place fits 72... the hotel makes you think it's hard to get into and you need a reservation I didn't find that too be true. The bar charges crazy places for average bourbon as in you can buy a bottle after two servings. The drinks are sweeter than they should be probably serving to the average hotel guest. You enter right behind the check in counter it's also right next door to the Italian restaurant but they don't tell you that. Worth a visit but don't expect wow.
