Neon sign in window says “Drive Thru Open”, cars are in the parking lot, some lights are on inside, but nobody appears to be working the drive-thru. No one came out to say they were closed or to notify if the speaker/box was broken.Google says they’re open until 2 AM, and we got here before 1 AM. Apple Maps says they’re open 24-7… Seems like false advertising. Quite unprofessional.

Over priced sub par Mexican food. I was charged for a large salsa that was rotten. &Why are the Chile rellenos soaked in enchilada sauce , makes no sense. Beans are dry AF ? and the taquitos were stale hard and stuck together. How u mess up taquitos?? ...this establishment makes me mad paying for Mexican food as a Mexican. $60 of trash for 3ppl . I will not be coming back Pancho.

Name changed like a year ago to Ranchos. Same great food. Same great prices!!!! I can not get enough of there Texeno burrito or the fried chimichanga with rice and beans on the side. Food is so big I can have two meals sometime three out of one burrito highly suggest this place to other people just kind of disappointing their closed on Sundays now really disappointing if you're in the Drive-Thru on the Saturday night and 3:00 rolls around before you get to the speaker. Just to get to the speaker to be told that they're closed. Really wish they would have somebody come out and put cones or something on the drive so nobody can get in line after 3:00 a.m.. like we are faithful loyal customers who have been enjoying this food for a long time just to be disappointed after sitting in the Drive-Thru for 35 minutes to be told they're closed at 3:00 a.m. so I make it a point to try to get there early
I love Panchos so much ?The food is fast and fresh, fair price too. Always open for your late night food cravings. Lots of options for everyone. I eat here at least once a week and never get tired of it. Fiesta burrito is my fave. It's like a big beef burrito supreme from taco bell...but if it was actually good. And huge! The tortillas are so delicious. Big, chewy, and soft.

Drive thru attendant couldn understand me, had to repeat myself several times, skimped on the asada torta and burrito. Overpriced if you're going to give me this level of service.
Super convenient and authentic Mexican food at a really good price. Highly recommend!

They are not serving inside and they need more signage to enter both the parking lot and inside, only a small sign on the main door with a sorry, what little respect for their customers
