I looked up local restaurants and this placed popped up. With 60 yrs in business I was interested in going. The service was awful! The woman at the counter was deadpan and RUDE! She fussed at her co-worker for making three drinks. I then told her we ordered three drinks. She argued again. I showed her the receipt and counted the drinks along with her and she said "you have two drinks" I laughed. Then I counted them along with her. To which she said "You don't have three drink?" Obviously we were holding two drinks. Then as we were leaving she said "give me your bag!" I handed it to her and she reached inside and took out one of the 4 sandwiches I'd ordered and didn't say a word. She walked to the drive thru and put it in another bag. I asked her what that was all about and she said "burger"... that was all. We left without thinking to check again and as we were outside talking about how odd the experience was the woman came outside with a crumpled silver wrapper and handed it to me and said in a cross tone "You had FOUR burgers not three" Yeah... I know that. On top of all that the burgers tasted like they had been sitting in water all day. NOT cooked to order. The fries were meh. The tenderloin was a compressed patty... no flavor. I will NOT be coming back. I am rarely angry about a restaurant but this one managed to make me ANGRY!

Everything is awesome-especially the burders. Fries are non descript though-like they got them from Sysco or something. Don't be afraid to differentiate yourselves. Hand cut fries anyone?

Paul’s has been a favorite for many years. Sad to say that since the ownership change it is very disappointing. Myself and coworkers have been there twice in the last 2 months. The most recent trip we were served food cooked in renascent cooking oil. You could taste that that the oil was simply old and bad. The attached sign was posted on the door while we in the restaurant. The oil was old it was not bad from a supplier.The previous trip we were served milkshakes that were soured and tasted like they were made with soured milk. After returning them we were served a second one that was the same.The service is less that friendly and the facility is deuterating rapidly.None of this is an exaggeration. I’m out. Can not imagine ever stepping foot in this restaurant ever again.Enter at your own risk.

Great fast-food restaurant. Recommend the Italian steak sandwich and the pork tenderloin! They make great onion rings & tots too.

Prices are outrageous $40 for 2 cheeseburger and fries. And the ice cream machine was getting cleaned during the middle of lunch. Also we got yelled at while ordering our food like we were at McDonald’s.

I have been going here since I was a kid. This is my favorite restaurant. My grandparents knew the original owners and the new owners kept it the same and the quality has not changed. And also I love that they are closed on Sunday, the way it should be on the Lord's day. Keep up the good work! And last Wednesday I came through the drive thru around 7:00 pm, and I'm not sure if he was a manager or not, but he went above on customer service!

Tried to go order some food but the employees in there are terrible at their job. One person was holding a bag while the other put onion rings in it. Does it really take 2 people to get on order of onion rings together? They didn't have a lot of people waiting but were very slow. Waited a while and watched them get 1 order completed in 10 minutes. This place has gone downhill and it's all because of the employees. Get it together!!!

Gotta do better on quality of your burgers. The burger I received was garbage to be honest. Cold soggy and not appealing. Ate half of it and gave the rest to the wildlife outside. Fries came out hot and appealing.

Customer service is horrible. Lady answering the intercom was extremely rude. Was not pleasant at all. She was also not knowledgeable of what is on the menu. While I tried to place my order. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused. I have been going here for years but they have just lost a customer.
