Best Pizza Hut in town! Pizza and wings were delicious. Staff was kind and the food was ready when they said it would be. Highly recommend.

One thing is for sure, I will make sure that no one from our organization ever orders from this Pizza Hut, or really any Pizza Hut, ever again.I placed our order of 15 pizzas for a team celebration 24 hours before we needed it delivered. That itself was a hassle. It took 8 phone calls to even get them to answer the call. I had to place my order twice on the phone because the first time I was hung up on. Now, this should have been the red flag that sent me to any other pizza joint. However, I was hopeful, optimistic, and dumb.The next day comes, the time for the scheduled delivery rolls around. No pizza. But once again, I was hopeful, deliveries can be a handful of minutes late. No big deal. Nope, wrong. Another worker calls them to check on the order status. She gets hung up on TWICE. Then I try calling. The first time I get hung up on immediately before I've even said "hello" completely. When I finally got ahold of them, they couldn't see the status of my order and they gave the advice to wait another 15 minutes and call back. Stupidly, I did just that. 15 minutes later, and an hour late, I call back. They still have no idea where the pizza is. They tell me they will call me back. At this point, I accepted defeat.An hour and a half late now, I finally get a call back. They explain they didn't have a driver to deliver it, but they have our pizza and it can be delivered ASAP. Mind you, the pizzas have been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hours now... old, stale pizza.The pizza finally arrives and they had the audacity to charge full price. For stale, crusty pizzas. Are you kidding me? Y'all deliver pizzas 2 hours late with countless hang ups on the phone and no communication and want to charge full price? Disgusting.My biggest problem is this: How could not a single worker use some basic problem solving skills, call us about our order, and let us know it couldn't be delivered. I would have gladly driven the FIVE MINUTES to pick it up to have it on time and fresh. Rather than wait 2 hours for full priced, stale pizza.Maybe just close down your business if you are going to refuse to answer your phones and hangup on customers? Just a suggestion.

Don't for any reason order from here, thetly have messed up every order I have ever ordered. As well as now I have been waiting an hour an d a half for my order but they won't answer the phone and there own corporate people can't get a hold of them.

Terrible location to order from. Spent way too much for one pizza and some wings, included a tip and never had any contact made or food delivered. The store doesn’t answer when this happens either. You just have to waste more time calling corporate for a refund. This is the second this in a year this has happened here. Save your time and energy, order from somewhere else.

Ordered double order of breadsticks ($10.99). They forgot to put ANY seasoning on it at all. Called and was told to bring it up and they'll make a new one. So drove it BACK up there and instead of making a new one, they slap a bunch of shit on there. Unprofessional. Refused to give a refund as well.

Do not eat here. The pictures you see are the rotten tooth that was in my pizza. My daughter almost choked on the piece she ate. To make matters worse, the workers were drinking beer on the clock in plain sight of the drive thru window. When they noticed we saw them, the lady moved out of view. They somehow lost my order, which was corrected by the kind lady who went out of her way to remedy the issue. But to get home and to have a broken rotten tooth in my food is unacceptable and downright awnry. Shame on the cook who did that and shame on the manager who let this take place on their shift.

My husband ordered 3 separate orders of wings. 1 bone in Buffalo and 2 boneless honey BBQ . They packaged the honey BBQ together. Why? They were ordered separately for 2 different people. When I asked about it, they said that is what they do. Huh? There is an option on wings... you can get 8, 12, 16....if I wanted 16, I would have ordered a 16 piece. Duh.
