Worst employees ever. Ordered a carry out and when I got there my pizza was ready and sitting in the warmer, and there were 3 people in line ahead of me. I literally stood there for over 30 minutes while they slowly moped around and pretended I wasn’t there, and then got an attitude with me when I asked for my pizza, which was now old af and terrible.

First couple orders great! Tonight, no pizza has been delivered and nobody is answering the phone. They took my money but no food. The app says still preparing an hour later. Hungry and not happy.

Had a frustrating experience. I ordered three pizzas and two 2-liters, but only received one 2-liter and two of my pizzas (specifically didn't receive the pizza I had ordered for someone with dietary restrictions so when it didn't come, they just didn't have food).Tried to call the store to get it fixed but was repeatedly placed on hold and abandoned. Finally got a customer service rep and requested a refund and they said all they could do was put a credit *on my phone number* so that the next time I ordered pizza, I would have to call their special number and order through them. They couldn't actually give me my money back, just a credit I would have to call a special number to even use.They said the actual store had the ability to refund my money, but that there wasn't anything they could do because the store wasn't answering the phone so it was take their weird little credit or nothing. They said they would email the store manager and ask them to call me so I could actually get a real refund, but the manager never called me so right now they've basically stolen my money. It's not like it's a lot of money, but if somebody buys something from you and you don't give them what they bought *and* refuse to actually give them their money back, that's stealing.

Finally called after 1 hour past scheduled delivery. Found out they forgot to make my pizza. Offered to go ahead and make it or give me a credit that was half of what I paid. I asked for my money back. I am done with Pizza Hut. This is not the first time something like this has happened with this store. So no more orders from me.

Ordered 10+ pizzas online (after the app failed), then — when I haven’t received any text updates three hours later at delivery time — find they E-MAILED that the “order failed.” So I call the restaurant phone number I was given in the email, and I’m told the restaurant didn’t receive my order, I wasn’t actually talking to the restaurant, and the person at the number (from the email!) that I had called “couldn’t help me.” Terrible experience, and when I had to order from another pizza place, I made sure to tell our group it was because Pizza Hut failed to fulfill the advance order I’d placed.

Ordered the Hawaiian pizza. Not happy at all with this pizza. Way to dry, needed a lot more sauce! Very little ham and practically no bacon!!!! Will NOT order through pizza hut again!!. Took over an hour to get through online to order.

Ordered through the app. It was my error in what delivery time was inputted, called the store directly, phone rang for about 2 minutes and then I was hung up on. Called the costumer service line twice, but because that store uses a ‘different’ computer system, there was nothing customer service was able to do. So I was transferred to the restaurant, hung up on after another wait, the act was repeated again on the next call. Mind you this is 3pm.Highly disappointed in the process. While I will admit my error in imputing the time, I took every possible action to correct it, but to no avail.I was sent a email survey which stated that I would be contacted concerning the situation, we are now at a week without response. I do not believe this is the Google review that they were asking for me to provide.

I originally placed my order online. After an hour of no delivery or phone call, I look at my order information to find that the delivery address had changed to the same address for the store. My phone number was also incorrect. I called the store multiple times, but the phone just rang until an answering machine picked up. I called to order a pizza just so that I could get someone on the phone, but all they could do was cancel the original order and reorder for me. She couldn't tell me if I would be charged twice or anything outside of taking it up with my bank if I have to. After waiting another hour and still no delivery, I had a friend take me down to the store that the order should have come from. The employee was very helpful, as much as he could be, and tried to look up either of the orders. He didn't see any under my name or account. I even had my order number, and it was useless. I asked if he could just refund me the charges, but he said without an order he couldn't do anything. He offered to make my order free of charge since it was now going on 3 hours since the original order was placed, and I expressed concerns that I could be charged up to 3 times at this point. He assured me that there shouldn't be a charge since there wasn't a history of any orders, and them prepared my order while I waited. It was overcooked, but I understood they were understaffed and wasn't be charged for the order, so I let it be and left with the food he provided. Today I checked my bank account, and there was a charge for the original order that should have been delivered, so there was a $5.99 delivery fee and a $5 tip for the driver that never delivered! The man who helped me in the store was the only good thing about this whole experience, and I didn't even get his name to thank him. Either way, I am never ordering from Pizza Hut in general again.

Ordered online through the Pizza Hut app, waited an hour only to find out the order was cancelled by Doordash for some reason. I drove up to the store and sure enough, my order went through and my pizza was waiting in the warmer. The kind manager was understanding and we expressed shared disdain for Doordash, and he refunded me on the order and was very helpful with the confusion! The pizza was well made and hot as well, very delicious!

It's Pizza Hut, nothing special about it. Wings were undercooked in my opinion, but that is a personal preference. This location has had issues in the past few years, it appears they are attempting to correct them, new staff and management.
