I did a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 12:26. I got asked right away if I was waiting for an order and let them know the name. Then he said it should be right out. 25 minutes later of waiting I was handed my order at 12:51. I could have stood and line and ordered faster than they made my online order that should have been ready when I got there. I shouldn’t have to wait so long for a mobile order. I would steer clear of the lunch rush on a Friday.

Had a very unpleasant experience this past weekend.We were checking out with the women who had made one of our sandwiches, when the gentlemen who had made the other interrupted and was nice enough to let us know he forgot the bacon on the meatball sub.The women proceeded to tell me it was going to ask for a tip on the screen and then just walked away and never gave me a receipt or concluded checking me out.After a minute or two she came back with the bacon wrapped up and holding it from the top, she placed it in my palm. It was so hot I dropped it.She apologized and grabbed a cup to place it in but c’mon, we go there almost 2-4 times a month, I most likely won’t go back after this service.Very disappointing, do better.

We had ordered today through the potbelly website for delivery. However we suddenly get a text from DoorDash that order has been cancelled & contact potbelly. Upon calling them the manager on duty said we ordered from DoorDash that’s what shows on her screen . she told us we will have to go & pick up food & pay again $42.13 . & kept saying that we ordered through door dash & not their fault & told us to contact DoorDash . Hello … My card clearly shows money has been charged by potbelly & not DoorDash . Probably someone stole food . Eventually they reordered food without charging & we had to go & pick up . Sandwiches were hard, little burnt . I will Never order online & never step in here , even though they fixed problem after arguments .Finally they refunded . Thank you

I ordered the pair up of the wreck sandwich and the loaded baked potato soup. The soup was amazing. The sandwich was good. However I was not expecting the bread to be toasted. I would have preferred it not to be. But over all the flavor was good

Ordered online for pickup, gentleman working the pickup orders was attentive and kind. However a young lady who was not only on her phone but on a actual face time call, not only said she couldn't find the order while she was taking our bag to the pickup and when asked if it was my order she literally said NO! The Geblman actually doing his job and not on a FaceTime call while on the clock did due diligence and retrieved our order she said was not ours so we could be on our way. Then, to my dismay, we got the wrong desert, and our sandwich was not made the way we asked and paid for in the app. Thank you to the gentleman who actually helped... but do better to the unprofessional young lady who thinks facetiming on the clock while being paid is cute or will sustain her.

First time to eat at Potbelly . I’m visiting from NYC.Menu board is time consuming to navigate . Got a stiff neck looking up.Too much time repeating my orders to the two staff serving that time. But just to be sure that I get my orders correct I was patient enough to repeat it to the Second Lady. Who brushed me off and said “no need to say it all again “.And voila she got it wrong.And I went out minus one order of a take out sandwich intended for my friend.There is a need to evaluate and improve the system at this restaurant .
