Took us over an hour and 15 minutes to get our food The $60 lamb chops was colder than room temperature. Our waitress had a party table and maybe came and checked on us Two times including Taking our order another waitress had to bring us our drinks on multiple occasions and we also had to go to the bar to get our drinks because our waitress was nowhere to be found. With three other ladies and we spent well over $600 the service and the food quality should have been better.

Went here with a group of friends to celebrate one of their birthdays this weekend & it was definitely not what we expected. For starters upon entering the 2 ladies in the front who check you in did not greet us, when we were seated the server was very nonchalant/rude & did not greet us as well (the one with glasses), my friend ordered a drink and they never brought her drink to the table the entire time we were there nor did they acknowledge that they forgot it. Another person in our group, food came out way after we finished our food and when the server brought the food she just sat it on the table didn’t apologize for the food having took so long to come out or anything. I ordered the jerk teriyaki salmon I’ll give it a 3/10 (overpriced to say the least that salmon was 41$ just for the piece of salmon no side included and it came with way little pineapple salsa), a friend got the steak she said it was heavily salted, the mashed potatoes were 12$ and the server said it was a shareable side it definitely was not and they tasted like instant mashed potatoes those were a 1/10. The only good thing about our experience here was the Dj he played fantastic music. Overall I would suggest saving your money. There are far way better fine dining options in Kansas City with superb customer service and food. This place is definitely over hyped.

This was my first time here. I reserved a birthday brunch for my cousin. They treated her like a queen. Bill was our server and he was excellent! There was a live DJ who rocked the house with old and new school rnb and rap. The ambiance was just right and the place is beautiful. The bathrooms were clean and the food was incredible. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my cousins birthday! Thank you Privee Team!Parking was a little tight but we managed to find a spot on the side of the building

The service was great, we didn't have to ask for anything because the server was very attentive. The food was delicious, we will definitely be coming back. All around such a good vibe and experience.

*My new favorite breakfast sandwich!*We visited for their I Love Sunday Brunch and wow, I could not have enjoyed it more. Very classy atmosphere and the music was definitely on point. I don’t have much of a preference on this myself, but the music was loud enough to hear it well but not so loud that it drowns out conversation. Our server was very friendly and attentive and everything we ordered came out perfectly. Their smoke & mirrors cocktail was delicious and my wife loved her cranberry mule.I can’t say enough about how much I loved the breakfast sandwich. Great ingredients and it’s very consistent. The side of potatoes were fantastic, especially if you enjoy them thin and crispy.I’m honestly surprised there weren’t more people there! I loved every minute.

I had a disappointing experience at Privee. Despite making reservations, I was seated upstairs, and had to laboriously climb two flights of stairs. There was no tablecloth, and I was asked to relocate to a lounge area with short tables to accommodate other guests. Refusing to dine on short tables to my knees with booth seating, I eventually returned to my original table without a tablecloth. The Bang Bang Shrimp prawns & steak/cheese eggrolls were good, but the eggrolls were cold. Additionally, I had to request silverware when my meal arrived. Fine dining requires a tablecloth and silverware. Two appetizers$22.00 each, cold chicken$35, cold mashed potatoes $12.00, and no drinks amounted to a total of $116.00. Parking is horrible and on top of the high prices they add an 18% gratuity.

First time coming here heard it was a new spot and wanted to check them out and my visit was just ok. Not good and wouldn’t say horrible just OK. To start when I first walked in the host just sat there and looked at me ? No welcome in no hi no hello nothing almost as if I weren’t a paying customer? I had to say something first and told her I had booked a reservation online. I was seated and our waiter was a guy who seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He didn’t greet us didn’t say his name didn’t ask if it was our first time there didn’t explain the menu or how to use it just gave us water and silverware and walked away. Right then and there I knew I wasn’t gonna enjoy my visit so I was already prepared. As we were ordering both of the items I wanted they were out of. That’s exactly how the waiter said it “We out of that” so I went with something else. Food came out food was mid and just ok for the price of the food and the dress code they have you would think the service would be top notch. Absolutely not. This is why it’s hard to support black owned businesses. It’s always a bad experience. Sad to say but I will keep spending my money where it’s worth it and this place wasn’t worth $200. Won’t be returning. Don’t see this place lasting long. Black owned businesses have got to do better. To greedy and only worried about the buck. Look over the menu before visiting because just a side of fries is $16 iknow right.. a joke.

The atmosphere was very nice! The service just lacked a bit we had to get up and order our drinks a couple times. We also was never asked how our food was and if we needed anything? We just didn't feel our waiter was attentive to us. The food was outstanding! I would definitely go back but hopefully would have a better server next time!

The food was great the drinks were great also the server was not good at all she was kinda rude and kept walking off not coming back but overall I had a wonderful time I loved the dj the music that was being played etc

Was disappointed, service was poor and waitress hygiene was horrible. All I could smell was a fishy odor coming from her. They charged me for bottomless mimosas but ladies were free at noon. Food was good but I have still had better. My chair was so wobbly and the music was entirely too loud. I don't know if I would go again!!
