My partner and I came to have a nice lunch. We ordered two burgers. One burger with egg, with bbq sauce and nothing on the sandwich. The other was a double bacon cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese and just onion and pickle for garden. First sandwiches come out covered in shredded lettuce. It’s one thing if it’s just on top but completely embedded in the cheese is another. They offered to remake our sandwiches. One person declined and I didn’t. I accepted the offer. They brought my sandwich back a few minutes later and there’s still lettuce embedded in the cheese. We asked to speak with a manager. He understood why we were upset and comped our entire order. Remade our food with deepest apologies while “watching to make sure it’s done right”Leaving and coming home we still don’t have pepper jack and didn’t have the initial fries (garlic and parm) that were with the bacon cheeseburger.We have never had such awful service at RedRobin. Will continue being Olathe, KS visitors instead. I would advise others to do the same.

We have dined in at this location twice in the last couple months (once during a really busy night and once on a slower week night) and both times we were seated quickly, had great servers, our food came within a reasonable time, and we received exactly what we ordered. The bathrooms were clean and they get bonus points for giving my preschooler a balloon on his way out! Overall a solid choice!

Service was excellent, just wanted a quick burger and a beer at the bar. Order was taken quickly, the food was good, but nothing to rave about. Bar area in front of me was gritty and little sticky. A quick wipe with a bar rag would have been nice.

Was very pleasantly surprised. Went with the expectation that it would be an ok place to eat based on past visits to other red robins but was very pleased with the size and taste of the burnt end burger. The staff was also very nice, I will actually be going back to this location.

The food was subpar. Server was good! They were literally out of so many things that we wanted.. which was a bummer- no freckled lemonade, no Brussels sprouts, no dr. Pepper ,no coke etc.. the list kept going.

Solid, safe choice for a weeknight dinner. We have been here dozens of times and have always had consistently good service and food. It's the feeling you expect from a bar and grill, with some cool relics on the walls to look at. We love that they have vegan food options- the impossible burger or the veggie burger (can get without cheese). Veggie burger is great! More healthy options than other bars and grills- for example, you can get steamed broccoli instead of fries, side salad, oranges, etc. Kids night means .99 kids meals, and with the mac and cheese being refillable, this is unbeatable for older kids who may be a little hungrier than for what a typical kids' meal provides. No complaints but won't knock your socks off- a typical, solid family restaurant!
