I was at the drive thru Sunday around 4pm and there was only ONE car at the drive thru in front of me just sitting and waiting to order. Took almost 10 min before anyone took their order and when I pulled forward I was told to take a look at the menu I will be right with you. Well it took another 10 min before someone came on the mic to take my order and I was told they don’t have Venti hot cup lid so they have to put my venti drink into two tall cups. It took nearly 20 min for me to even order a drink and yet when I pulled around the car that was in front of me originally still waiting for their order. All together it took 30 min for me to get one coffee with just one car at the drive up and that’s just ridiculous. Don’t get me started about their bad attitude and customer service because when I asked if two tall cups is truly one venti size with an attitude she said yes we have measured it. Well when I got home I had an empty venti cup and what do you know to your surprise when I poured it in WAS NOT even close to a venti size. The person who took my order had a very nasty attitude. This location is the closest to me now so I won’t be going back and I rather drive further. They have become so slow its frustrating.

Have been a loyal customer of this location for over 5 years and never had I delt with such a rude barista. A simple request of cleaning up the large amount of caramel from my cup turn in to this barista slamming the drive thru window and stuff inside. Claimed it was trainees fault, the mess was not issue but Matoe (Teo) attitude sure was.

Waited in the drive through line for FORTY MINUTES! Don’t typically complain about the wait time, but forty minutes? When i got to the window, i asked the barista what the hold up was. I wasn’t asking for a discount or a manager, I was just curious on why i waited so long for one coffee. The barista instantly turned hostile, claimed they had mobile orders to take care of and slammed the drive through window after that. Why are we prioritizing making drinks for people who haven’t even arrived at the store instead of focusing on the people who waited patiently and were physically there? Makes no sense

We absolutely love our Starbucks staff.There always positive even at 5:45 am.The breakfast food is spot on and always fresh.The coffee is pricy but tasty. They always put a smile on my face. Nothing but love for our Starbucks.

Without fail they mess at least 1 drink everytime I order. When i say I give them the benefit of the doubt, I am true to my word. But, the sheer amount of times & just the way they get it wrong is so infuriating. I could order something off the menu & it'll be so far off. For ex: I could order a cold brew & instead recieve 4 shots of espresso? How does that even make sense? I can't even point my finger to one person. They are all the same & quite frankly I feel they take orders while closing one ear. I try to come here for the convenience, but I really wish they would do better. This is not meant to be a Karen review, just a very frustrated customer.
