I’ve been to KC over a year; Sweet Siam has become my most favorite Thai restaurant when I miss my spicy food! I’ve tried all of their fried rices; I love them all, but my most favorite is a combo Basil fried rice “Thai hot”. I also love their beef sirloin on both NamTok beef and Tiger Cry beef; the meat is so tender and flavorful of course never forget to ask for Thai Hot every time ordering lol. Pad Thai beef with shrimp “Thai hot” with a fresh squeeze of lime juice is also superb! Anyway they foods are very big portion I always ask for takeaway containers for my leftovers.

I have been going to Sweet Siam since they were located in Overland Park and always enjoyed the staff and the great food. but want to send a shout to the team on Saturday 10/01 that took care of my group of (14) for a birthday party. It was an absolutely fantastic experience and everyone in my party enjoyed everything that we had. The appetizers were delicious especially the Crab Rangoon, all of our meals were amazing with special ⭐️⭐️⭐️’s going to the chicken noodle bowl, the spicy noodle & Massaman chicken plates. All amazing!!!!Out waiter was all over making sure our drinks were full and cocktails came fast and were great. He was one of the best servers we’ve had at any restaurant in a long time, prompt on the food ordering and participating with a great attitude as we were celebrating a birthday!!!!The food all came reasonably quick and was hot and amazing! Thank you to everyone who took care of us, you made our birthday guy very happy and continued customers for years to come!!!!

Wow! Despite being out of singha, this restaurant really surprised me. We visited during the lunch hour and were seated right away. I was ordered the red curry and it knocked my socks off! I loved how they incorporated other vegetables that aren't normally found in a red curry such as carrots. I ordered the dish as "Thai hot" but found that it needed a little extra kick. The waiter was rather attentive and brought extra spices to the table immediately. We ordered 2 meals and beer on tap, with a 20% tip, the total was around $50. Will visit again!

We love Sweet Siam. We have followed this restaurant from it’s days on 87th. The Crispy Catfish is the best. The Crab Angels are fantastic. If you like Thai food you will like this restaurant.

First time here and the food was delicious. For the serving size, the price was great. I plan on trying more things here!

Myself and two friends went to Sweet Siam Thai for lunch, we arrived at 12:30, there was no wait to be seated, we had placed our order and received our drinks in less than five minutes.I ordered the Thai Jerky appetizer for the table and it didn’t disappoint. The meat was tender and full of flavor. The dipping sauce does pack a punch.I ordered from the Lunch menu on the backside of the menu. I went for the Pad Thai with chicken (spicy on the heat level) and chose the couch coconut soup. The soup was awesome and is mostly a creamy coconut broth with small cubes of tofu and a couple of fresh mushroom slices on top. There is a surprisingly light spice to the soup. The chicken pad Thai was amazing. I detest pad Thai that is too dry or mush and this dish ticks all of the boxes in the best ways. Fresh, flavorful, light yet filling, nice spice/heat level, and I had half leftover. My friend T. ordered the Lunch Veggie Delight Stir Fry with chicken added. T said it was amazing. Everything was fresh and vibrantly flavored. My friend L. opted for the Shrimp Pad Thai-Mild on the spice level and said it was delicious. The shrimp and veggies were fresh and the whole dish was awesome. The total bill for all three dishes (which included the side salad and coconut soup, two iced teas, one soda, and one order or Thai jerky-was right around $65 before tip. We all had leftovers and we all would gladly go out for Thai at Sweet Siam again!

This is LITERALLY the best Thai food I’ve ever had, possibly the best Thai food in all of greater Kansas City. Every single dish from appetiser to entree has delicate, vibrant, tantalising flavour. An absolute must. If your there for lunch the chicken noodle bowl is LIFE CHANGING. All the food is life changing. ALL OF IT IS AMAZING! Thanks you for literally making my cry with happiness with your delicious food.

Restaurant was average, food was average, service was good. In my opinion meal were priced to high for the quality it was.

Overpriced for the amount you get (we ordered stir fry and pad thai). Also, disappointed that it was not authentic tasting.

Curry - Panang with chicken Awesome Mother's Day dinner at Sweet Siam! I always order this at Thai restaurants, and this is the best I've had in a long time.

I came here saturday and saw the bathroom was spick and span. The floors were so clean I could see my own reflection. The tables were glistening. The serving cups were very nicely organized. The food came out very fast and tasted great. I believe whoever was in charge of doing those things should get a raise. They did a very good job and i was very satisfied. I will definitely be coming back!

Ordered thru door dash on 4/18. The garlic shrimp was very good, but for $20, not much shrimp. Loved the sauce on it though. Also ordered the wonton soup - it had absolutely no seasoning. Definitely needed something! I had to doctor it up quite a bit to make it palatable. Not sure if I would order from here again, would probably try a different thai place.
