Been waiting 20 minutes just to order. Drive thru lady was just sitting on her phone, one person working on doordash I’m guessing only and the other 2 just walking around not paying attention to anyone coming in. Long line at drive thru too that hasn’t moved.

I ordered in the drive thru. I clearly ask the man do you have all chicken pcs he said yes we do I said wings legs thighs and breasts pcs right he said yes. The menu says $27.99 for 12 pcs family meal so he tells me my total now $39.** . So I get to the window and ask why the price difference he say $27.99 is for 12 pcs of chicken only you ordered the meal I said what wow ok so I pay. I get home my husband feeds my son and the rest of the chicken to me I said I'm not hungry. In the morning I go to get some chicken and there's nothing but wings and legs and a thigh left in the bucket. KFC will be going out of business soon for price gouging poor service and bad workers
This post is only in regards of how the staff treats customers with absolute no respect they have an attitude most the time the atmosphere is actually uncomfortable they get your order confused they show absolutely no respect this is not a recommended restaurant to go

This place is horrible!!!!!!! I'm not happy at all. Trying to get a hold of a manager and they were rude. I'm calling their customer service as soon as I leave this review. I'm giving a one star only because it's as low as I can go. I'm MAD AS A HORNET. Their restrooms are out of order and the place smells like a sewer. I was yelled at over a loud speaker from a lady behind the plexiglass window. Stale taco shell and greasy....... I'll never visit this place again!!!!!!

I wish I would have got the gentlemans name who served me late evening 7/28/23. He was a rockstar!! I wish more people gave the service he gave. I realized when I got to the drive thru I had ordered pickup for another location. He was so patient and willing to help when I got to the window. He definitely deserves recognition!!!
I got what I wanted. They should bring back the five dollar boxes.
