I'm giving a negative score on service because there's an older racist woman that works there on the night shift. She told me the customers come there and lie all the time about not getting food. So told me I'm lying about not receiving my food. When I never received it. She preceded talk smart to me. When all I said was a item was missing. With the way she treated me when I paid over $35 dollars was a disgrace. It was clearly her mistake. She shouldve apologized and gave me my missing item. That's how you handle customer service. You don't berate and call the customer names. This is my first complaint not my last.

the lady at the window was rude as hell. she closed the window right in the middle of me talking so I decided not to get any food and went to a different restaurant. I feel like if you don't like your job, instead of being rude just go get a new one. I really wanted my food but I refuse to give my money to a company where I'm not respected...

The food was old and dry. Additionally this location doesn't have Baja blast zero but you can still order it in the app. I learned this little fact because the employee at the window tried to not give me a drink and then proceeded to be very rude when I asked about my Baja blast zero. Because despite being available on the app, I and customer should have knowledge that this specific location does not offer an item sold nationwide at other Taco bells. The other low sugar options available are essentially not existent. Gatorade G2 is all included sugars is the only calories. Borderline discrimination on diabetics

Amazing! The food was so good and they made it so quickly that it's almost unbelievable! They accommodated my brother's dietary needs most effectively. They were very friendly and polite as well. Was there earlier today at about 12:30 in the morning. Taco Bell has the best value of any fast food restaurant as well! But damn: it was so good! I don't know what it was.

Quite possibly the worst fast food joint I’ve ever been to. Got there at like 9:30 or 10 pm and was the first and only person in the drive thru. They told me though the speaker to come to the window to order, which I did. The lady asked me if there were cars behind me (no there weren’t, but I’m so confused as to why she had to ask me…). She then listed off like 8 ingredients that they were out of. Ok. Fine.Then, after I ordered and paid for my single item, a cheesy Gordita crunch, she told me to pull around to the parking lot and wait there. I did so…and proceeded to wait for a full half hour.While I waited, I could clearly see several employees inside laughing and talking to a few other people who weren’t employees. The doors were locked, so there was no way to get their attention.One kid was apparently in charge of running out orders to the parking lot. I watched like 3 other cars get their food before me. It took forever to get his attention. I had to step out of my car and yell to him before he dashed back inside and locked the door. He asked what i ordered, so I told him again. Like 10 minutes later, a different kid came to my car window and handed me a bag without asking my name or my order, so I asked him if it was a cheesy Gordita crunch. He mumbled to himself but didn’t answer me and walked away to hand it to another car.Meanwhile, the non-employee people who were inside earlier got into their car. Within minutes, I was watching them get bags and bags of food delivered to their car. It was maddening! I was about to leave when they finally got my order out. By then I was the only car left in the lot and I was so frustrated and exhausted that I just thanked them and left.I’m a pretty patient and understanding person. I know that fast food jobs are rough and people don’t get paid enough for what they do…and I don’t think I’ve ever left a review of a specific fast food location, but this one is an exception. Every time I’ve been here has been a nightmare, but this last time was the final straw for me.Something is SERIOUSLY wrong with this store and it appears that there is little to no oversight or employee accountability.
