Wouldn't go back. Dirty grill and old fry oil. My Gyro and fries were all dripping with grease and meat was burnt and crispy. I ordered a cup of water with my meal and was charged $2.25 for an empty cup, then was told, "We don't got no water, so go over there" while the cashier pointed to the Chinese restaurant across the food court and I was told to go take their water. Standards and quality are likely low since their customers are likely tourists and not locals.

Ordered a hamburger, when I noticed cheese on it I brought it to the staff's attention. The same young man who took my money at the cash register came over and peeled the cheese off wearing the same gloves that he used to check out the person before me and my order. Only one of the soda fountains worked and it was dirty. The food is cooked to order, and the fries are fresh.

Food was alright had the cheessteak small meat portion for the money..And th grill was a little bit dirty young Man didn't get it cleaned before preparing my meal.So there was a few burnt chunks of old food in my meat.. Not very satisfied with that.Fries were alright a little colder than usual.. The service has went down quit a bit in the past month.. regular customer visit twice a week for about 3 years now..TOM . what happened to your awesome female workers? Sorry just wondering...??

One of my favorite restaurants in Crown Center. The gyros are the best, cheesesteaks are second best, and I haven't actually tried the burgers. Fries are unsalted, you add the salt yourself.

i waited in line for about 40 minutes and was 3rd in line to begin with but the service was VERY slow. once i paid for my food i waited another 15 minutes before receiving it and then left. once i got to my car i took a bite of the burger and it was bland. they had not seasoned it at all and the fries were cold, in the end wasted $30 and an hour of my time, i will not be coming back.

Philly cheese steak was made on a hotdog bun, but the cheese steak fries were FABULOUS!!! I got full from the fries, alone.
My 5 year old accidentally dropped her burger. They replaced it quickly and were very kind.

They serve a great Philly cheesesteak! Definitely 5 stars on the food and the friendly service and the price. I downgraded the atmosphere to a four bc it’s a mall. There’s not really anything about a mall to make the ambience great but the food was awesome! They validate parking.
