Took nearly 30 minutes to get an orange frosty. Employees spent more time complaining about each other and things about the restaurant than waiting on customers. FedEx driver that came inside to deliver complained about them locking the doors, I guess to make people go through the drive-through instead of dining in. Never again will I go there.

Just close this place they always have an excuse why they can’t get a order out I just went to this place just to get drinks I get to the order box express I can even say what I need she tell me 10 min wait due to them having a DoorDash order then I go tell her I just need 2 drinks she then tell me I still have to wait 10 min for a drink then say and ohh the pop Machine is not working if you don’t won’t to work found a new job just lazy workers if y’all wonder why yall losing money it’s because of the workers you have they not only turn me away but 8 other cars away just losing money I will call a manger in the morning to report but they can all hang outside and chill just shut this place down it’s doing no good taking up space for a company that wouldn’t mind feeding people that live around here—- went to order cinnamon rolls 4-13-24 and was told don’t even have item

I was warned not to go to this location but I was in a hurry. This location does not deserve any stars at all. They are rude, lazy, and downright have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I made a mobile order which was not prepared when I went through drive through, I was told to pull forward until ready. I waited 20 minutes and no one came out and then went inside and my food was sat out on the counter. The food was cold, missing 2 drinks, one of the drinks had now melted, asked for it to be remade they refused and said they didn't have anymore left. Corporate called, will never step foot in this establishment ever again.

Went to the Bannister KCMO location and had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Paid for a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, NO BURGER ON THE SANDWICH! See Picture!!! AND paid for 5, 6 pieces nuggets, BUT got 2, 4 piece and 3, 5 piece nuggets!This is ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE!
