My sister and I had the opportunity to meet the owner this week. She is the kind of person you want to support: gracious, intelligent about her business and very kind. The products are outstanding! We have felt blessed by the whole experience. We highly recommend supporting this local business.

Top shelf tortillas! The absolute best!

Can't wait for lunch or breakfast options! Never had corn tortillas as good as their blue corn tortillas. Melt in your mouth! Love their chips. More substantial for dipping and great flavor! Anxious to get tamales next time!

The tortillas are next level. And the salsa macha negra is a revelation. Kansas City is spoiled to have Marissa and Mark's tortilleria in town.

Wow, all i can say is wow!!!!! Ordered online and was so excited to receive them. I love the texture and gave some to my neighbors to try! I ordered too much but did not complain. For me, the texture separates these tortillas from the rest. They taste great, dont get me wrong. My wife is a san antonio native and proud latina absolutely loves the salsa macha morita!

Overpriced it's all I can say. Reading the reviews was expecting a lot more from them but unfortunately being a Hispanic and knowing the flavors and texture of a homemade tortilla I can't agree with the peoples reviews sorry

So in full disclosure I haven't been able to get to their shop but I purchased the tortillas at whole foods four times in the last month they're absolutely fantastic at whole foods they come in three flavors I've tried them all they're just very authentic. Having lived in Mexico for decades I'm very particular and these folks have a home run here I'm addicted.

I tried Yoli’s at the OP farmers market over 2 years ago- been a fan since and buy them at my taconaco KC.Was in the area and finally made it down to the shop- they were sold out of alot of items :( maybe next time I can try a tamale or the horchata people speak of.These tortillas are a MILLION times better than what you could ever find at a grocery store. I crave them and can’t wait for my family to visit and give them a try. Support local Hispanic owned business that are WORTH IT. Yoli’s won’t leave you disappointed.

Truly the best corn tortillas I've ever eaten. They're delicious and they don't fall apart!

Tiny retail front. Visited on a Saturday. No activity in the kitchen beyond. Product was displayed in a refrigerated cabinet. No food service. Purchased a few items, which were fine but nothing exceptional after being prepared at home. Generally underwhelmed.

Best Tortillas outside of Sonora! Actually, the owner is from Sonora, Mexico and makes the finest Tortillas that I have had anywhere in the USA. Most likely, this is why this place is a James Beard Award FINALIST for Best Baker! Their traditional Flour Tortillas (made with Lard...Yes Lard) are my go to and are absolutely delicious. Whole Foods now sells their Corn Tortillas in White, Yellow and Blue corn varieties but won't carry their flour due to a competitor. BOOOOO. Anyway, if you are lucky and get there on a Saturday morning you can try one of their delicious burritos. Also, try their tamales as they will melt in your mouth. They also have some amazing sauces to accompany. Sorry no photos. Ate my tortillas before I had a chance to take the pic! Get here early. They close around 4 during the week.

UHHHH mazing. I haven't even had the tortillas and this place is incredible. I went by today to pick up some masa to make san antonio style puffy tacos, and the shop had lots of other stuff for sale so I bought lots of it. Rajas Y Queso Tamales- It's hard to find vegetarian tamales. When you can find them, they frequently taste like kind of an afterthought. These were definitely not an afterthought. The filling was flavorful and generous. The dough was pillowy and delicious. The whole family loved these. Taco Stand salsa- Creamy and delicious. Marked as hot. Not that hot. For me it was perfect. Medium heat that builds into a heat just shy of mildly uncomfortable. Five salsa- This creamy red salsa was IT for me. Slightly reminiscent of some tomato chutneys I've had in the past, it is very rich and tomato-ey. Also marked hot, but similar heat level to the Taco Stand salsa. Not hot-hot, but enough to hit the level I like. Del Rancho- This is a green tomatillo salsa and it is delicious. I bought it so we'd have some more variety, even though I'm not always into this type of salsa. But this one was so flavorful and fresh, I kept going back to it. Not much heat, just lots of delicious flavors. Salsa Macha Muy Macha- This is an unusual one that I'm not totally sure what to do with. It's whole (or large pieces of) nuts and seeds with spices in oil. All of us who tasted it agreed that it is very tasty, if not very hot. But we don't quite know where it fits in. We think maybe we'll try it with some cheese and charcuterie and some crusty bread. Anyway, run to this place! So many delicious things to eat. Can't wait to use the masa I bought to make tacos tomorrow!
