If you are looking for disappointment this is the DQ to stop at. Otherwise steer clear. One would think there is a national gravy shortage, as this DQ never has any when trying to order a chicken strip basket. However, this DQ seems to be the only one affected as any other DQ has gravy readily available by the drum. Recommend driving to next closest DQ.

Stopped through here for blizzards on our vacation and all our blizzards only had toppings in the top third, the bottom was all plain vanilla ice cream. Really a bummer when you pay for a blizzard and get plain ice cream. :(

We waited for 5 minutes at the cash register before we were even greeted. They gave us a table number and sat down. Then we waited for 15 more minutes before we just gave up and asked where our order was. They handed us our order and the ice cream was halfway melted. This is the worst dairy queen I've ever been to.

Food was ok just melted a bit, tables were very unclean and I saw nobody cleaning, and the service should be a negative if it were possible, we had to go up and ask to get our food because they were just leaving it out waiting for it to get melted and cold.

Came thru drive thru at 420 on Friday evening ordered chicken strip meal the frys were cold and fasted like they had been there all day I'm really disappointed DQ is always my go to because mcdonalds serves cold frys I guess you can't get fresh food in kearnry anymore so sad

Understand there's a huge shortage of workers. But we went 2 wks ago and was 30 folks in the restaurant with 1 poor girl trying to take and fill orders while 3 worked drive through. The food was cold, and the novelties melted

Front person ignored me when I came in. Smallest dipped cone I've ever had. Plus the chocolate didnt even cover whole ice cream. I'm worried what a kids cone would be. My 2 year old would eat it and ask for more..

I would rate a 2 1/2 stars but... Firstly... Very disappointed in the chocolate sundae... Ice Cream was grainy and watery... Expected the signature DQ classic of smooth and creamy... Tasted like frozen ice with weak vanilla extract.Secondly... The Double Cheeseburger... No flavoring... Weird texture... Coloring of cooked patties... Not appealing.Lastly... Fries... Fantastic color...right texture... But... Maybe a fryer clean is due soon... Slight old fry oil taste.

The food was just the worst I have had in my life the food wasn't even cooked it was like it wad frozen then put in microwave for 2 minutes and then served it was terrible I will never go there again for sure. I could have cooked it better . It was terrible to put it kindling . Just horrible .the only thing that was ok was my water. I spent 37.00 dollars for a terrible lunch . A quick trip hot dog would have been a lot better
It can close if they refuse to wait on a customer. Stopped to get an ice cream cake and no one would even wait on me. 4 people working and wouldn't even greet us to busy coming back from break with their Starbucks to even wait for me to raise from bending over looking at a flavor on cake. Went up to counter to see if they had an Oreo cake in 8 inch since only 10 inch in freezer and I know in other stores they have others in the back. First person ran away and another came to register to print out something and walked off without saying anything. Finally after 3rd person to walk by with no greeting we walked out. Oh and to show how lazy the staff is they have updated their flyers to show a special for chicken strips and then had to put post it notes going it doesn't even apply till 1/1/2024 and it's 12/30/23 so someone knows their staff are lazy asses.

First time in my life (48 years) that a DQ had an ice milk tasting ice cream, not the typically thick white creamy DQ ice cream. Got a small dip cone, it was over $4 and was the worst ever!
