“We hadn’t been to a Burger King forever and we were pleasantly surprised. Our food came quickly and was delicious. The kids devoured their ice cream before dinner and thought that was so cool and wearing their crowns was so cool. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. We would definitely stop here again on our way through.Kid-friendliness: The highchairs were clean and bibs were provided (nice touch). The kids loved wearing their crowns and thought it was so awesome to have ice cream before their meal.“
“I used the app to get the bogo offer, but when I went in to pick up our sandwiches, they weren’t ready…. The order hadn’t come through. The gal asked if maybe I had sent the order to a different store. Checked my phone and I had started the order, but not completed it. She was very kind and then very quick to make our sandwiches. Since I was right there, I asked her to leave the onions off of my side of the sandwiches …not only did she prepare them correctly, but she labeled them “his” and “hers”, which we didn’t discover until later. We were pleasantly surprised at her attention toward us. The manager of the store has been there for years, and clearly maintains a positive culture in her store as this young gal seemed happy and eager to please. We are happy with our hometown Subway!“
“I am an OTR Box truck driver. I was happy there was a Taco Bell at the truck stop.I ate here 2 days in a row. While inside the restaurant, I observed some amazing customer service! The first day the Owen took my order, he was younger, he was professional and polite, i was impressed.The second day, the food was just as good. The person who waited on me was Jenni, she was really kind and professional, I would like to also comment about her professionalism. On this particular day while I was eating, there were a few customers that treated Jenni terribly ( while giving their order) BRAVO to Jenni, she never lost composure, she kept on a smile. Jenni was courteous and polite to the people that were rude, and quite honestly mean to her. I would also like to add, when the restaurant was slow, the employees would go out into the lobby and clean and restock. It was amazing.I stay in Kansas City often and I’m definitely going to come back .“
“The pizza that I received was elegant beyond the human’s understanding of the idea of elegance. The way the flavors mixed and formed a unique, wonderful taste in my mouth was the most appealing feeling the human mind could comprehend. The crust was crunchy on the outside yet soft and tender in the center. The sauce complimented the flavors of pepperoni and the beef perfectly. Truly a piece of art. Thank you, Pizza Hut. “Stopped in for lunch on a weekday. My order was taken and the food was brought out quickly and was still hot and fresh tasting. I travel all-over for work and always take note of places that are, fast, friendly and convenient so I can enjoy my short little lunch and get back to work. I will probably make this spot my lunch spot when I'm in Kearney.“
“The food wasn't bad. It's what you would expect from McDonald's. I cleaned the highchair before putting the baby in it as it was still dirty from I'm assuming the time before. We had our food quickly and the kids were happy so it was a win.“
“This place was busy after a local football game. The vanilla ice cream wasn't working properly so they asked if we'd be ok with chocolate. We were. So the food wasn't great, and it took forever but the young lady helping us was phenomenal. She was friendly, apologetic, and overall just a great girl.“
