Their lobby is not open so when they mess up your order you are forced to get back in their extremely backed up drive through line or just leave. Highly recommend eating somewhere, anywhere else except here.

It is so hot in Kirkwood, MO today you could fry an egg on the sidewalk. I had to do some errands and ran out of my water for drinking. As I was in the shopping center which houses Arby's Drive Thru, I thought, "Thank goodness they don't have a long line! There's only one car in the Drive Thru.. I'll order dinner for my family and I won't have to cook tonight, plus I can buy a large drink! Think again! It is only 6:00on Monday, August 8, 2022. Not late enough to close. I waited at the "ORDER SPEAKER" for five minutes...rolling down my window and legit g the scorching heat in as I shouted repeatedly, "Hello! Is anybody there? " No answer. I blew my horn. Still no answer. Then, I drove up to the Drive Thru window. There was an associate who was a middle-aged woman behind the counter who looked over at me sitting at the window. She proceeded to walk past me and went on with filling the lemonade container. I can wait until she comes to the Drive Thru window. So, I waited. She looked at me again and kept on doing something other than wait on a customer or turn the lights off in the dining room and on the sign...since no customers were inside, either. I noticed this as I gave up and drove away. Why do people get hired if they cannot proudly represent their place of business? That's it for my business at this Arby's! I won't be back! And I live less than a mile away! I hope the manager takes note of this review and thinks twice about training the staff.

Tried Arby's for the first time that I can recall, if you can believe that and was not disappointed. Highly recommended!

11:24 am Thursday June 30th. Visited for lunch break with coworkers. The manager of this store is EXCELLENT. Very on top of everything!! Her store is exceptionally clean. Staff seemed to know what they were doing and doing it well. Happy with my experience.

I rarely give a 5 star to a fast food place, but this Arby's was simply amazing! The staff was awesome! The general manager was great! The restaurant was soo clean and the food came out quickly and hot! Hot food at a fast food place! Wow! Lol I would be very proud to be the one who runs this establishment!

On June 1, about 5:30, I pulled into the drive-thru lane at the Sunset Hills location. Voice from the transmitter: "We're closed." I started to respond in surprise. Then the employee said, to this effect, "ain't blowin' no smoke." Teach your employee better communication skills and customer service. Decision to visit any fast-food outlet likely to be spontaneous. Advising other reviewers to call ahead is ridiculous.

Every time I want Arby's it is 9:30PM and I don't trust them to to order that close to closing. Lol I haven't eaten at Arby's in 2.5 years because of it.
Love the sliders and Market fresh turkey sandwich. Curly fries are usually a crowd pleaser.

I have been trying to go to Arbys for about a month now. Everytime I go to Arbys they are closed. I see all the commercials seems like such a waste I don’t get to get any food. 7:50 pm this restaurant is closed? What is happening ? O’Fallon MO restaurant is demolished, lake St. Louis closed on Saturday at 7:50pm closed? What’s happening?
