Food was really good. Four of us for lunch. 2 of us got burgers and fries. Really good. 1 person got the baby back ribs with 2 sides. Good but expensive.I person got one of the lunch specials with half a sandwich. My meal with drink was 12.00. A bargain these days.Waitress was a Saint. Lol. Two of us are somewhat particular. She handled wonderfully. All in all a good experience. Only negative was no gluten free options.

I walked in at about around 5pm this past Tuesday and sat at the bar. There was probably 6 customers in the restaurant total at the time. The bar was completely empty and there was a huddle of waitresses talking in the corner of the room near the entrance to the kitchen. The 3 waitresses near the entrance of the kitchen saw me sit down. I sat there for a good 7 minutes and no one even so much as asked me if I wanted a menu so I walked over to where the menus were and sat back down at the bar. While I was reading the menu, an employee walked past me with a carside to go order so thus far 4 employees saw me sitting at the bar. 15 minutes go by and no asked me what I wanted to drink or even acknowledged I was there. I then got up and decided that I would take my money elsewhere.Apparently these waitresses think that they will make money without having to do any work. Considering the fact that the bulk of their pay is tips... I am pretty sure they will learn that this approach won't serve them well. I am also confident the manager of this location is useless because the manager was aware I was sitting there and didn't seem to care. If you want to sit for a long while and be treated like a burden rather than a customer then I highly recommend this place.

Never got my salad but still charged for it. Ordered 3 for me special. Never got salad but charged full price for 3 for me option. So basically 2 for me and more for them.
Chilli’s Kirkwood: Food was ok. I ordered a trio platter. Tasted salty. I came mainly for NATIONAL MARGARITA DAY which is also my Birthday? . Drinks were wayyyyy too sweet barely tasted any alcohol ?. I sat at the bar as service is usually better. They seemed short staffed. The waitress was all over and not attentive at all. Experience was definitely not what I had hoped.? oh well on to the next place ???

Waited on in a timely manner. Food was good got nachos they wasn’t the nachos I was expecting. But I decided to stick with these and they tasted just like nachos and were really good. Didn’t come with lettuce I ordered that with it. Drinks was great and waiter was polite, professional & calm. Chilis is one of my fav spots to eat. This location never disappoints!

My family & I stopped in on Saturday for lunch. I would literally have to nitpick to find anything negative to say. Clean, fast, friendly, attentive, fresh food, stellar prices. In today’s world, it’s hard to find good help- but you can’t tell that at Chili’s! Everything from the service to the food to the volume of the music was absolutely PERFECT! Great job!!!! We found our new fav spot and will be back soon! Plus, 3 meals and our bill was right at $40. That’s incredible for all the food we got!!!
