I recently ordered and discovered the delivery person added an unauthorized tip to my charge... This is a violation of customer trust! If I didnt have it to offer up front Nothing approves store to add extra cost toward a tip on the back end. That's theft!

I've never had such a horrible experiences as with this store. Avoid at all cost. Terrible staff and management. I get it is a national chain but they are just rude. Hope they close and new owners could come in.

We frequently get pizza at this location. They have car side delivery where you hit “here” and if they don’t come within 2 minutes you get a free pizza. I noticed the past two times they would hit the timer to stop but didn’t come for 5ish minutes. I let it slide because I know they are so busy. Last night I hit I’m here and they hit the button to stop the timer. I waited 10 minutes before finally calling the store. The girl answered and said, we forgot about you we’ll bring it out in a bit. It was another 5 minutes before the pizza came. Our pizzas were cold and they just “forgot”. The policy for 2 mins or less should not be abused. It’s not about the feee pizza but about integrity of the company and it’s employees. We’ll be going to a different location hoping for a better experience.

Fed 22 family people for $103 @ Christmas time. Employees are always friendly and efficient. Pizza tastes great also. Domino's has the perfect business model going like Quiktrip.

Terrible service , ordered a pizza and the driver went to multiple different addresses trying to locate mines & one of the places he went to even called me and asked if I had ordered the pizza to there establishment ??‍♂️ I never got my pizza a hour and a half later after waiting so I just canceled the order; your best bet is to pick it up or order delivery from another store

They do not allow you to write a negative review So all you read are the positive ones. In trying to write a negative review , the app asks for you to give a 'nickname'. Of course anything you write-- even nonsense words are already taken. So it's impossible to post one---- computer trickery! Would not deal with a business that is deceitful

This was the worst!!! I ordered on the app at 12:00. At 1:20 it sat in quality check till I called at 2:30 to cancel my order. This was for my lunch. So I had no lunch. When I called and said cancel my order, manager was rude and hung up on me after I was told it was cancelled. I was in mid sentence and he hung up. Luckily I got my refund. Never gonna order from this store ever again.

Ordered pizza and was informed 36-46 minutes for delivery; that wait is no problem. 1 hour and 30 minutes later still no pizza. Cannot get a hold of anyone via locally or nationally at Dominos. Save your time, effort, money and taste buds: you can order from Dewey's and enjoy some really delicious and pizza for the same price and get it when they say it'll be ready. This was our first time ordering Dominos and will be our last time.

Really just the worst. Like remarkably awful. Several hours late for delivery (on several occasions over the past 6 months) and generally rude. Will keep you on hold for 20 min+ when you call to check the status and are VERY rude. Probably bad management— the workers always seem very stressed. It’s a case for the FBI how this locations is still up and running.

Used to choose this place bc it was close by and the quickest delivery option. Last couple orders it’s taken around 2 hours. Gotta find a new place for last minute deliveries.

Worked there for almost a month. Manager Karen is refusing to furnish wages that I am legally entitled to and is falsely claiming I only worked there for a week. Do not ever be employed here. They do not give breaks and they make employees stay overtime without giving them overtime pay. Horrible, shady company.Oh, and I see a lot of people saying they got sick here. I can promise you I was the only person who washed their hands in between making the food and touching unsanitary items. Please report them to the MO health board.

Placed a plan ahead two days in advance for my daughter’s 1st birthday at 1:30. Got to the store at 1:27 and they said it will be about 20mins because they are just starting it. No phone call or anything to tell me it wouldn’t be done on time. Made my fall behind for my child’s birthday. When I drove back the dudes didn’t even apologize or anything for it. Never had a problem with any other dominos around the area except with this one. It was disappointing.
