“This isn’t my most frequented Fit-Flavors location but I love stopping here when I’m in the area for the smoothie bar options while I’m shopping for my weekly meals. I always ask the staff for suggestions on my protein shake and they never disappoint. Parking is also convenient with spaces right out front making it easy to get in and out if you’re in a hurry.“
“Wanted to give a shout out to Carrie for diligently hunting down my pup's favorite treat...."peanut butter snickerdoodles"! These treats put a pep in her step and keep her looking forward to eating in the morning. Used to be a challenge until we found these wonderful protein snacks. They give her the strength she needs to start her day with good protein and yummy variety. So grateful you have kind and loving people like Carrie at your company. “After multiple friends telling me to try fit-flavors, I picked up several meals today and WOW am I impressed. The section of meals to choose from was large, plenty for anyone with any dietary restrictions. The employee working the Brentwood location was friendly and helpful. The two meals I had today were great. I really enjoyed the honey mustard chicken meal. Perfect portion sizes. Great flavor. I love that everything is labeled nicely. Could not be any easier to prepare. I’ll be back for sure!“
“I will preface this review by saying this is NOT an Herbalife shop. I have been a frequent customer for a couple years now. It has become a go to before workouts for me with the delicious teas and an even better post workout stop for a deliciously clean and healthy shake sourced from local STL company, 1stPhorm. Rebecca is fantastic. She does everything possible to ensure you have the same positive experience whether it’s your first stop or a daily “fix”. There are other options for protein shakes and teas in the STL area, but none of them compare to the experience at Fired-Up. Highly recommend.“
“I came in on a very hectic day with my daughter and newborn baby and everything was going sideways trying to juggle all the gear needed with a newborn.The kindness, grace, enthusiasm, and overall level of service showed by the whole team exceeded my expectations in every way. “Edit: Gooogle is only allowing one review, so I’ll post the second one at the end.I’m going to complete two separate reviews because I have used Clean Eatz on Tesson Ferry for two distinct purposes.First, I absolutely love using Clean Eatz for grab and go meals. As you can see from the picture of my freezer, I go in and absolutely stock up on food for work every month (it’s more convenient for me this way). I run an undergraduate exercise science program at a local university and the food choices on campus are underpriced, way undervalued, and rarely a great option from a health standpoint. I often get a mix of meals, but try to choose the extra protein options when I can. The quality and quantity of the food is exactly what I’m looking for from a breakfast or lunch meal, they are quick to heat up, and the flavor has been great! They save me time, money, and ensure I’m not overeating.My students know all about CleanEatz now and we discuss the ease of use with coaching clients with weight loss goals or those trying to create new behaviors.I can’t recommend them enough!I have also eaten in the store 1-2 times for a non-frozen/fresh meal and have purchased a smoothie. All have been great!Last time I was in with my son I bought over 20 meals and had to use 3 baskets…a couple ladies eating there and I joked about it, lolGreat atmosphere, polite and helpful staff!I am the State Director for the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I’m required to host a conference each year and have used Clean Eatz for our catering the last three times.We always opt for the wraps and a side. The ordering has always been easy and the attendees have loved two things (the taste of the food and the fact that I’m giving them a free lunch ?). I personally had the meat and taterz wrap this time and it was amazing! A fan favorite has also always been the homemade peanut butter and sliced apples!Vegetarian options: For our conference, I always purchase around 10 vegetarian wraps and they have gone over very well.“
“Great Service and Food at Frida'sWe had a really good time at Frida's, and a lot of it was because of our waitress, Elyse. She was super friendly and really knew her stuff. She told us to try the fish sandwich with striped bass, and wow, she was right. It was amazing.The fish itself was cooked just right, and it came with this tasty Cajun slaw and remoulade sauce that made it even better. It's like Elyse knew exactly what we'd enjoy. Eating that sandwich was the best part of our meal.Having Elyse help us out made our lunch way more enjoyable. She was more than just someone bringing us our food; she made our whole lunch better with her great recommendation. We can't wait to go back to Frida's and hopefully get some more great suggestions from Elyse.“

“The cutest little place! I had no idea it was here. But I'm glad I stopped in. I have since been to their location in central West End. I like this one better because there is a larger parking lot. The central West End location is just street parking. However, I'm obsessed with açai bowls! And these are so good And they are also so pretty to photograph! There are so many options and they are very low calorie. And they are bigger than they look. Definitely filling . A great place to stop if you were looking for a healthy breakfast or lunch option.“
