Got take out, ordered the philly but my bun was burnt and soaked in grease. I know a philly is supposed to be messy, but that's because of the cheese. This was my second time here, and while I would go again, I probably won't go out of my way to eat here. Oh, also ordered mac n cheese, which was delicious, but did not get a utensil to eat it with.

The absolute worst barbecue that we have ever had in our lives ! Spent almost $50 on sides and a sampler platter and the waitress walks out with one bag that looked like a large order from McDonalds ! Fat all over the meats , the sides were horrible ! I should’ve known better than to try this place but I took a friends advice that said the ribs were pretty good and the ribs are certainly meeting but they are not done there is fat all over these ribs ! Not worth the money at all not even worth half the money we will never come here again for sure ! One star ⭐️ if that ? Eaters beware !

This place could easily be five stars if they were just a little more diligent about checking the bag before they send the order out. The food is amazing. Unfortunately they were out of their delicious brisket when we visited around 7PM on Sunday. Their sides are great, especially the mac n' cheese and the baked beans. We did not get the sauces we asked for nor did we get the Diet Dr. Pepper that we ordered. They do have coupons available on Dining Advantage. Prices are fair.

I have lived around the corner for almost 3 years and just now finally tried honey pit. WE HAVE MISSED OUT FOR TOO LONG! Best brisket and burgers and omg the fries and hashbrown casserole!!! Literally coming once a week from here on out!

For starters the food is always hot! The cheesy potatoes are out of this world. The pork is some of the best I've tasted and they're very sauce is delicious. I always get the pulled pork platter with the cheesy potatoes and the green beans. This last time I ended up getting a half a salad which was specially made by the lady that waited on me at the drive-thru. She customized it to my liking which I really appreciated. The size of the salad for the price was not great and I w

Great smoked turkey&pulled pork. I enjoyed several of the sauces and really loved the peach pit baked beans! Will definitely come back!

Brisket was really good, potato salad and slaw was sad, no flavor. The meal did not come with bread. I got a large brisket dinner and the cost was close to $20. Would not recommend Honey pit! The brisket is the only reason I gave it the 2 stars.

I visited twice but was never even acknowledged by an employee either time. same experience both times. Parked out front. Walked up to the order window, saw 2-3 employees working and talking in the back/kitchen, wait.... wait....wait....nothing. Each time gave it about 3 minutes. Then went back to my car and ate elsewhere. Will never waste my time trying again. This is why so many restaurants fail.

Love this place. FIRST you can eat healthy if you want (they have a healthy cole slaw option and turkey). And that's what I did many, many times. UNTIL I got their burger. FIRST - their burger is SO good. And sometimes it is on this amazing roll (sometimes you just get a plain hamburger bun. I'm guessing they sometimes run out of that amazing roll). The burger comes with fries. They have so many side options that I used to try a different side rather that get regular ol' fries. But one time I forgot. . and oh my god! In my humble opinion? Best fries in St. Louis. GET THE FRIES. But the brisket beans are to die for too. And don't even get me started on the potato salad. Closest thing I've ever had to my mom's potato salad. I must have that recipe! Oh and then there's that white (horseradishy) BBQ sauce. MMMMMM. So do what I do: get the burger (with fries) and another side (or two). Makes several meals. :) Look - you can call or order online and then drive through. Not many options safer than that in this Covid environment.

Good food! Office lunch so we ordered online (easy process) and went to pick up. The place doesn't look like much on the outside but was pretty nice with wood walls and floors and smelled awesome! We got the pulled pork platter with fries, broccoli salad, apple sauce, and hash brown casserole. Everyone said their sides were very good. Pork was good , the sauces they offer were all delicious. Someone got the wasp sandwich and said it was excellent, someone else got the cheesesteak and also raved. I would like to go back and sit down as I'm sure when the food is got it's probably amazing! Decent portions and decent prices!

The shakes are good along with the Mac and cheese. The ribs aren't the fall off the bone you'd expect for the price. The staff were nice and the inside of the place has so much potential. They have to meet the tender fall off the bone standard most BBQ places have achieved.

The food was good. I got a two meat platter with Mac and sweet potatoes. And a side of cornbread. I would give them five starts but their was a lot of fat in the brisket. Would definitely be back

In stl, you would expect at the very least, decent bbq... how on earth does honey pit smokehouse survive? This is the worst bbq I've ever had. I had the sampler meat platter, so I got quite the variety.. the only thing I enjoyed was the turkey... the meat was terrible, and that wasn't the worst part.. the sauce had to have been store bought, and tasted exactly like sweet baby rays... that is so pathetic

Locally owned BBQ restaurant with a neat vibe/atmosphere. Sandwiches feature unique combinations of meats. Several sides to choose from.
