I really keep trying because I love jersey mikes, and this location is perfect for when I’m on the way home from work. The food is as to be expected, pretty good. The service on the other hand is horrible. If the workers were not obviously out of highschool you would think they were hired right out the the highschool across the street. I always place online orders with hope to be able to grab and go home, this is rarely the case. Many times have I came in 15-20 minutes after the order was placed and it is still sitting on Que line. As I sit here and type this review I am waiting on my order that I placed over 30 minutes ago. Instead of complete Ong my order I watched them serve everyone who walked in much after me with no online order. I never right reviews but this is ridiculous. Would recommend any other jersey mikes but this one. At least the food tastes better after they make u wait for it.

Friendly service and banter! The Mike's famous Philly was terrific and served hot and sailed over the counter into my hands. Funny?Very good work and glad I happened to find it before my 1 hrs commute home Friday.Also cool that the round up suggestion helped deaf kids with learning to talk. Added Bonus. Thanks to the workers for a nice early supper?Parking: Small lot in regard to turning around but the parking in lot closer to Lowes was easy access

I'm not really sure what I was expecting. The restaurant is very clean; I noticed that an employee was making the rounds doing the bathrooms and dining area (sweeping, bussing) while I was there, so that's good. The sandwich itself was rather... bland? I had it "Mike's Way," and I'm not doubting the quality of the ingredients, so I don't know if my tastes just don't run to sub type restaurants or today was a dud or what. I did notice the menu board in-shop didn't have all the options that you see when you look at the menu online, and since I don't normally eat at this chain, maybe I just didn't see something that would have been a better choice. Anyway, I'm glad to eat here over Subway, so if I come back, I'll try something different and maybe that will improve my impressions!

I went to place a order in advance so I could not only save money, but save some time on my lunch hour. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use the coupon I had - I had wrote in a request under comments in my order to let them know that I had a coupon to use. Jordan with Jersey Mikes at Kirkwood called me to let me know that they could not process coupons since my order was placed already, however, comped me a sandwich for the coupon I had used and provided it to them at time of pick up.Jordan easily could have said no or simply could not have called back, or either of the two. It was that small effort in Customer Service by making that phone call letting me know about the coupon that went a long way.Kirkwood Jersey Mikes has gained another loyal customer!

Hilarious. I know businesses these days want to give you less value for more money,but man…c’mon! I tried to order a regular club supreme(they have mini,regular and Giant-which is a whole sandwich). So the dude gets half a loaf of bread and cuts off a chunk of it while making small talk about the weather. I asked”is that the regular size?” Because it looked like a 3 inch sandwich, and the guy was like”yeah.” So I told him he could keep it. Way too small of a sandwich for the price. Hope this place bellies up or burns down fast. I went down the street to the Watson Jersey Mikes and got the right sized sandwich. Avoid at all costs. Predatory business practices.
Although the sandwich was great, the prices are approaching the point of no return, if you catch my drift. $15 for a veggie sub is crazy. A sign to the left says "Order here". After ordering her sandwich my wife adds, "And I'd like to have the chips and drink.". The worker chastised her "You order that when you pay! You only order sandwiches here!". I thought she could be a bit more pleasant and understanding. Or just get a sign made that says:"Order Sandwiches here, and dont you dare tell us about sides or drinks at this point! ?"

I ordered two Regular sized “Chipotle Chicken” subs…it took the workers over 35 minutes to make my food order. They were moving extremely slow and my sandwich sat there for a while after it was made before they wrapped it. I will not longer give jersey mikes my business…..subway takes 5-10 minutes or if I want a good sub Penn station only takes 10-15 minutes.

Sandwiches were excellent! The wait time for someone to take your order and make the sandwiches packed in with pick up orders is lengthy. Just don't plan on a quick stop and you will be pleased with the food.

I went to Jersey Mike's on 12/09/2023. The crew that was working that afternoon was rocking it. The store was very busy. They did have a couple crabby customers and customers was a little crabby about gluten free and worker stayed patient with this customer. I want to get her two thumbs up. That group works well together as team to get the rush down. Will be back to Jersey Mike's.

This is a deeply unserious sandwich shop. I ordered a sandwich toasted and was informed by a staff member standing in front of a steaming griddle that they didn’t have any way to heat sandwiches. When I asked about the griddle, they said that’s only for the Philly sandwiches and that they aren’t able to use it to heat the sandwich I ordered. There’s either an issue with staff training or management has unnecessarily rigid policies. Either way, ridiculous.
