We were the only ones in the store and I waited in front of the cashier for 5 minutes while he proceeded to gossip about other people working there and not even acknowledge me. At this point I decided to use the kiosk. When I walked away he told the lady he always talking to that he offered to help me but he guessed I would rather use the machine. At this point I exploded and called him out on his lie. I asked for the manager and was told he IS the manager. He proceeded to walk away again muttering something I could not understand. I took my kids and left.This is not the first time I have had bad service at this location. It’s TERRIBLE! I will not go back and I will tell everyone I know not to patronize this location either.

Poor service 90% of the time. Most of the staff ( except for 1 or 2) seems to always have an attitude/ be rude, nonchalant, including management. This crew has Zero customer service and courtesy skills. Professionalism is taboo at this location. Drive thru is a joke 99.9% of the time. You'll wait several minutes to have order taken with literally NO ONE else in line and then the excuse is that they are "short staffed" but NO ONE ELSE IS IN LINE. They mess up your order then have the audacity to be rude and think that they can talk to you crazy. Food is often sloppy and cold. Management takes no responsibility nor accountability for the poor service and are often a participant of the shenanigans. Very weird vibes and negative energy. This location use to be nice but service has gone down TREMENDOUSLY over the past few years or so with all of the staff and management changes. It keeps getting worse with every change. They need to scrap this entire location and start over with a more consistent, and competent staff. -0 stars across the board. Do Better!

The worst McDonald's I have worked in. The employer makes everything too difficult . I used to work here, and I regret it the first day they taught us basic training in McDonald's, like dropping fries, making burgers, and going on the grill. They weren't being nice to me; I wouldn't recommend working here.

Our very detailed order was correct and out in decent time. The restaurant was clean, but there was a guy who appeared to be nodding off in a booth.This franchise location still has Diet Dr. Pepper!!!

Went through drive through, ordered 2 chicken nugget meals, order showed 2 happy meals. I said, I didn't order happy meals. She started yelling at me saying" well we have all kinds of nugget meals". I said, well you still display the breakfast menu so I don't see what number the nugget meal is supposed to be. At this point, the manager, Cheyenne, gets on the mic yelling at me saying "get out of my line" "not today". Very unprofessional of a "manager". These people hate their job and make sure you know it. Steer clear of the McDonalds.

Never open when they say, rude, tell you to come inside to order because they are under-staffed if you are in the drive through 60% of the time. Terrible customer

It's 8:55 pm we pulled in to get a beverage...before we could order (just a drink) we were told by a young lady that they were not taking any orders due to being short staffed. There's was NO one in line only saw a young lady at the back window and young man at the first window. ..NO Custoners...Do
