Needs better organization at drive thru Saturday evening. Bunch of orders at the window and gave me the incorrect one. No receipt provided. Maybe it would helpful if you taped the receipt to the bag.

The place is clean. I always get my food quickly, even when they are busy.Parking: Parking is fine for small cars. However, if you have a larger vehicle, there is easier parking in the big box store parking next to it.
They sitting in the window with 6 cars in the drivethru and this is annoying and they were all rude ps this is the Kirkwood

Other locations are definitely fresher. Especially the location on Manchester. This location ALWAYS forget extra sauce and ketchup even though they ask every time if you want ketchup. They forget every time within 30 seconds of asking and handing you the bag. 39 cents is what they charge for extra sauce you're not going to get. And don't get me started on the drive thru cone things.

They are very quick. I use this as my go to for lunch when I need something quick and easy. But their prices are getting outrageous. They are starting to get the same way as another local chicken fast food place. Overpriced for middle of the road chicken.
I have been a fans of Canes for a long time. The breaded tenders and canes sauce have always been a craving of mine since I discovered its culinary wonders. Sadly the large tenders have gotten smaller since my last time visiting a canes. I know it's not Stl Cane's fault.. it's a corporate thing.. but it was a little disappointing when the tenders were no longer the largest on the market.. but the price remained high.. I'm in foodservice.. and I know how hard the industry is struggling.. but if you drop the size of tenders and charge the same price.. that's a little sad.. I wouldn't mind paying more for the big tenders like I wanted when choosing canes.. I will return and hopefully this was just a one off.

My husband and I will go out of our way to get Canes and the sauce. The inside can be a little slow but honestly the food is worth it. The inside is usually fairly clean and love the local sports decor.
This is our favorite Canes location. The food is always fresh and it comes out quicker than you could imagine. They really redefine "fast" when it comes to "fast food." We've never had bad service in the 10-15 times that we've been.
