This place is the best Subway I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot of Subways! The people behind the counter were kind, courteous, and helpful. I was greeted with a smile and they wished me a good day on my way out. My toasted food was piping hot and fresh, they put the perfect amount of toppings on my sandwiches, and were patient with all the other customers in the store, even though it was getting busy. I can't recommend this subway enough!Kid-friendliness: There's picnic benches out front and a park across the road. Perfect place to get lunch with the family!

Closing time is supposedly 8pm. So I show up at 6:41pm and the girl working RUNS from the back to lock the door front door on me and turns off the open sign. Absolutely insane.

Placed a mobile order, and when we got there to pick up the order, I told the man that I was there to pick up my order and he seemed really confused so I showed him my phone. he’s like yeah so you’re gonna have to redo it because we didn’t get it and the money didn’t come to the store, I said I already paid for it and it charged my account he said yeah it’s just a pending charge and we didn’t get it so you’re gonna have to do it again. So I’m looking through my app trying to figure out how to cancel it so I don’t get charged twice and when I went back into the app, it showed that the order was placed it was built and it was ready for pick up at that location. My daughter walks over to this rack that had a bag on it and what do you know it was my order. So that whole time my food was just sitting over there on the rack, and this guy acted like he didn’t know what was going on very unprofessional.

Placed a pickup order and when I arrived to get the order the salad looked different than it had in the past. By the time we got home and I got it out the salad, it was cut up like a chopped salad (which they have never done before). It was so drenched in the ranch dressing it was soggy and inedible. There was only like 3 pieces of small, cut up chicken in the whole thing. I called to ask if I could get it remade another day because we live 30 minutes away from this location. Whoever answered said I’d have to bring the salad back TODAY to get it remade. We spent over $40 on our order and have frequented this restaurant. I’m absolutely appalled at the service and at their ‘resolution’. I asked if I could just send a picture of the salad and he refused. I understand store policies but it was a $7 salad that shouldn’t have been chopped up in the first place, let alone sitting in a puddle of dressing. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Left me waiting on my single 6" turkey sub with lettuce and tomatoes until they had everything down to the last olive on the 7 footlongs in front of me. Don't think he would've minded if they grabbed a tomato and lettuce. Took several minutes to get my sandwich even started. It seems test classic turkey on white Italian artisan bread is Greek or something. Avoided this place for several years. I remember why now! Thanks for nothing Subway!
