If you're staying at the Lazy Gators resort in Lake of the Ozarks, this is the place to go to for a nicer meal or drink. There's not a whole lot within walking distance, but here you can get a sit down breakfast lunch or dinner. Over the weekend I spent at Gators, I went here for breakfast twice and dinner once, and then once just for drinks. They open early at 7am, and have a nice craft beer list. We had a great time at Toad's Bar & Grill at the Camden Resort. The staff and food was wonderful. We attended an evening event MTI 25th anniversay gala and it was wonderful. We enjoyed meeting in the lobby and having coffee with our group. Special shout out to Catie that was tending the coffee shop. Her sandwiches and service was outstanding. Grabbed a drink and afternoon snack here after getting in town for a conference. The weather was beautiful so we sat outside on the deck and enjoyed the lake view. Our waiter was new to the restaurant and did a great job. He checked back often to ensure our drinks were full and to see if we needed anything. Definitely recommend the loaded bbq nachos!
