Visited again on the 7th, did not disappoint. Went for breakfast they were very busy we were told 25 min. However a place opened at the bar so we got in quicker. Ordered Denver omelet with hashbrown. Got a cinnamon roll to go. Good thing we did because we could not have eaten it as there is always plenty of food. Got to the cinnamon roll on the 9th still so soft and so good. Would recommend 12 out of 10...I can not rave about this restaurant enough. My husband and I were looking for a late breakfast we saw an ad for the Rusty Rooster, went to find they were closing at 12:00 yep we arrived at 12:00. They happily sat us at a table knowing they were closing we offered to come another time. " I was a waitress I know how it is to seat a table at closing". The staff and Manager were all very pleasant and helpful with everything! The food.... oh my the food... so much food... and so delicious!! This is a must if you are anywhere near the strip. They do breakfast thru dinner I believe. I will be back on my next visit to the Lake Of The Ozarks.

Just left the Rusty rooster very nice enjoyable, and the food was very delicious. Be sure and be hungry when you go there because their portions are big I had the pancake burrito was way more than I can eat. My husband had eggs Benedict said the hollandaise sauce was excellent. visited with the owner very pleasant

Great food! Large portions, I try something new every time and it's ALL good. However, to our dismay this time our waitress was not at all personable, disconnected, slow on drinks, not suited for a service position or having the worst day ever. Stay home on those days please, we did not fully enjoy our meal because of this, it made things uncomfortable, and we really needed to enjoy this time together.

Came in on a Saturday morning, the food came out real quick! Got our little boy whole wheat toast and he loved it, even the scrambled eggs. Crab cake Benedict is very tasty. My husband likes the giant cinnamon roll. Would like to stop by again when we travel here next time!
