The manager at the lake st louis location is a very nice, respectful man my order got messed up days before and I didn't feel like going all the way back after I got home and realized it so he fixed my order for me and was very nice about it. The replaced order was fresh, hot, and very yummy! Even tho he was super busy he was helping customers with a smile!
Huge thank you to Shelby and Chelsea. I came through the drive thru and ordered my food. My order taker was attentive and repeated back my order. When I paid, my card declined and I didn't notice. Shelby instead of informing my card had declined, blessed me and gave me the food against her own employee account. As a fellow Manager in fast food, I appreciate and respect the atmosphere shown by these model employees.

The food at Wendy's is generally great. I have no complaints about this particular visit to this specific store, but I have had better food at Wendy's. This one is close to the Academy I attend, so it is a convenient stop for lunch.
