We love this place for us and our little one. They are always fast and friendly and the orders have always been accurate! Also recommend Dickey’s for your office lunch dates. Your taste buds will thank you!

Slow which I understand to a point. My food came before 10 others who ordered before me. No list of food they didn't have. Yes it was a long list, hard to order with the menu behind and above you. The cold food I don't. I wanted a microwave.

WORST experience ever !!! We dined in ,they had no notice on door that the heater was broken it's 35 degrees out side and it felt like that inside we were frozen I felt sorry for the poor girl working behind the counter. Our food got cold so fast we never finished our dinner. When you spend almost 40.00 for a meal you would like to enjoy it. We will NEVER GO BACK.

I would have asked for my money back but I had already driven away. My wife and I eat at several Dickeys in Texas and this one is horrible, its very dirty and the food is disgusting. The bathroom smelled of urine. The worst part was the undercooked meat and dried up side dishes. I would not recommend.

Completely awful I’m pretty positive that the pork was rotten and the chicken was undercooked. The service was horrible and they were not even busy. It seems to me it’s being ran by a bunch of teenagers. We definitely won’t be returning.

Problems s started with unable to use credit /debit cards .links down. Fries ok, had Pork sandwich, bread tasted like it week old. Service super slow. Won't be back. If we time we would of asked for a refund

We showed up for date night about an hour before closing so the food was probably at its worst. That being said, the flavor was still outstanding. The only real complaint we had about the food was that it was colder than if it was fresh and the green beans were soggy. The servers were really polite, helpful, and didn't make us feel rushed either. It makes me want to go back during regular business hours for a comparison.

The worst service I have ever encountered. Both ladies working 2/18:22 at 1:30pm are absolutely rude and should not be in the business. Made us feel very unwanted there. Then our food was over cooked and burnt. The onion tanglers were beyond burnt and made rest of potatoe have the same taste. $50 later and we didn’t even eat it because it felt so uncomfortable to us. When I asked could I get different tanglers she gave me like 4 pieces. I love Dickey’s but these ladies may have ruined it for me for good. I am a GM of a hotel and I wouldn’t ever have staff like them in my hotel.

Delicious food, Justine and Rhonda were super helpful and very nice to my family. We have never been to a Dickeys so the experience was GREAT. Also very clean and spacious for big parties.
I've been here a few times and the gm food never disappoints! The staff is super friendly and gave me a recommendation for the Buffalo chicken Mac and it was awesome. I'll be back anytime I'm passing through the area!

Horrible customer service from the hateful girl at the drive thru window. I also didn't appreciate her blowing her nose with a napkin right before grabbing my debit card. Food was horrible for what we paid for it. Sunday after church and the place was dead. Guess that should have tipped me off.

Excellent experience. First time stopping by and the young lady in the drive through. Helped me understand the menu and helped us out with our drinks given our car was packed. Just wish we lived closer to be sure to get this great service
