They got my name wrong, and I sat for over an hour waiting for my food!! I kept asking if my food was done, but the guy at the counter kept telling me, "Not yet!" WE kept telling him we didn't see our name on the screen, and he said," Oh, that happens all the time "!! Finally, after an hour and a half, we had him find our order, and it was under a different name!

We ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza. Clicked on the specialty pizza ordered. Picked up got home and this pizza looked like burnt something on it. So I called talked to a young lady she talked to her manager and they said the way I put it in was wrong...I guess their buttons for options messed up. I said can I send you a picture. She said our thin crust are prone to burn. I could reorder pizza and pay again. To bad I can't post a picture.

I don't understand, you get food and no utensils but even better than that chicken wings are very messy and you don't have the ability to send napkins. What kind of establishment don't send napkins? I do order frequently and never a fork and once in a while napkins! Come on ppl really?

Cheats customers out of promotions by hoping they miss clicking on the claim button during checkout or they don't get the promised promotion. So Domino's what is your excuse that you HAVE to click on claim? Why not just give the promised promotion? Because you hoping customers will miss it with all the up sell spam they have to click through just to check out. Or by claim they think redeem when they may not want to redeem it with that order. So Domino's let's here it, why not just give the customers the promotion? What excuse do you have other than you are hoping they don't click claim so you can cheat them?
Won't order from here again, ordered a thin crust pizza for carry out got home and the pizza edges were burnt black. Drove 20 minutes back and instead of making it right the manager tried justifying it by saying all thin crust pizza is that way and it was just the sauce. I don't care what it is if it's cooked till the color of charcoal then it's burnt.

Placed order on line, timer said ready between 4:53 -5:03, I arrived at 5:06, was told :give us about 10 minutes, we're just now making it. The online "order status" said, it went into the oven at 4:44. I was given my pizza at 5:13. I ordered ham and extra onions, I received 1/2 ham & 1/2 onions. Your Employess need to read the orders correctly.
