This place was great, went in for a sandwich, and the order was spot on. Love the pickled chips! Staff was extremely polite, and the restaurant was clean and presentable. Will definitely return! To all the staff at Jimmy John's, I thank you!!!
My tap pay wouldn't work and an employee Rowan offered to pay for my meal with his own money. I couldn't accept but that was very kind. The rest of the staff was very kind as well and understanding. Even though we didn't get food (our fault not theirs) it was an amazing experience.Edit/Add-on: The person who left a one star review for "no masks" (in 2022) there were no requirements to do so. The employees working there today, made my day!! I have severe food allergies and have never been in there. They explained their whole process to me, got a new cutting board, knife, changed gloves....was so accommodating it was impressive.I felt safe eating there, and the food was delicious ?. Thank you, thank you, thank you.Highly recommend this place for people with AG.
