Well pretty simple mistake I got 15 me home and noticed that I did not get my second side of coleslaw I called this location asked to speak with a manager person answered the phone said they were the manager I told them the issue I had and they tried asking me if I ordered the number three or the number eight dozen matter I told the girl I wanted two sides that designates which meal I want at that point this person told me well hold on I'm going to get you the on duty manager so who's ever managing this establishment is not on top of it they're allowing employees to answer claim they're the manager when they're not and then hand it off you're also waxed and checking the orders that people have ordered poorly run site
When I know someone who works here I know it's done right!

Will never be going back wanted 2 sides of mash potatoes and 2 sides of Mac and cheese got to the window told me my order gave them the debit card and then they asked for my id like no other fast food ask for I'd and I don't think I should have to provide it for

I'm a local. Been visiting for years. My 86 yr old uncle sends me to town about once a month with his credit card to buy a 12 piece bucket. When we tried to pay with his card I was told I had to have the card holders ID. This is a first after many years.Is this an order from the franchise or the manager ? Either way, your loosing out on allot of business. Ours for sure. Between the HORRIBLY HIGH COST and not accepting a valid credit card they won't see our families business ever again.If you're having problems with credit card fraud, punish the criminal, not your honest customers.

Prices are redicoulas!!! Could have had a steak for those prices!!!
Food was good. Has gotten pretty expensive to eat there. 38.00 for 4 people. This is a 2nd time I have been to this location and there was no ice. No ice so no drink unless u want it warm. So was disappointed in that. I have yet to see more than one patron in there when I have stopped in. The girls were great. Very pleasant and helpful. Had to b a take out because of no drinks.Parking: Numerous. I usually find the cara parked in the lot are actually at Applebee's as the Applebee's lot is small.Wheelchair accessibility: A ramp for entry.

The prices here are ridiculous. I ordered 5 chicken strips with french fries. No drink. The girl told me it was cheaper to get the meal with the drink. I declined. I had a bottle of water. I'll just pay the extra. Total $25. Seriously? for 5 strips and an order of fries.She reminds its cheaper as a meal. Ok give me the meal. $16. OMG. Still too pricey. I saved $9 and got a drink and a biscuit. I got more for less but $16 is outrageous. Especially since it was wasted. I get back to work and realized she failed to give me the drink and the biscuit. The only thing good about this trip was the food was good.Parking: I don't use it. I drive through.

The price is getting outrageous! For just a 3 piece dinner box and. Tenders box dinner it was almost 30.00. The tenders were supposed to be extra crispy and had hardly any breading and were cold. Will not go back. No wonder so many are going out of business..

I've given the location on Jefferson in Lebanon 3 chances now. And every time it's disgusting, soggy, or missing items. This last time I had enough and called to speak with the manager and he argued with me telling me I was wrong. And in order for him to do anything about it, I had to bring the food back up there. I've had a long day at work and going back out was out of the question. I definitely won't be going back to that location again
